What a beautiful composition with such a great deal of feeling. Excellent rendition Zoe on Lead guitar and Licorice on Harmonica and by the Shadowers as well. It was originally performed by Jet Harris in the late 1980s with the title as "Jacqueline". An instrumental piece that truly touches the heart. Great composition
This piece means a lot to me. I knew Jet & heard him play it in the 1980s (?) when it was known by a different title. Written by his friend Mike Porterfield. Sadly never got to meet Brian Locking & have not yet had the pleasure of meeting Zoe McCulloch. Maybe one day. But a beautiful rendition & true to Jet's style, he would be so proud.
This is very beautiful. I've missed the history of Jet Harris & Brain Licorice Locking. My Mum followed them all when they were studying - and she was studying. I know it's hard to perform when you are not used to that, but this was very delicate.
A very expressive touch which is the essence of the great artists. Almost makes one wonder if the guitar is a female's instrument. Thanks also for putting these up, we will tolerate the audio and visual quality just to see a new force on the scene. I hope an Australian entrepreneur has made some early calls and we can get to see you in the land of koala, kangaroo and murmurations of budgies. Also if you have some nerd friends, and just for the (Covid) meantime, if you have studio quality versions of the tunes they could be put up with a suitable video backing which could generate some sales.
Real honour to perform on stage with Brian Locking. Very special memories. I miss you Brian.
