Yeah, I heard the post office does too however when I made enquiries in two separate cities in England they said they certify NOT notarize, but you can make some enquiries. In the end I had to go to a Notary Public (or solicitors who specifically offer notary services too).

Yes that's because I am a registered nurse not a midwife I'm guessing it's similar process for midwives People would only share what they are comfortable with💙💙
