Greetings loves, hope you had a good week so far. This video is definitely not an accurate representation of what my everyday life is like, but it's what I'm doing on weekends to improve my diet. I struggled with body image while eating my stress away since middle school. I hated this part of myself and my health is seriously concerning in 2023, so I have picked up healthy but delicious recipes and cooked my own meals when I can. Hope you enjoy the video :)
