In this video, Doña Rosa gives Carolina a special energy cleansing or "limpia" ritual and ASMR massage treatment with hair cracking and plenty of tingly ASMR sounds. We hope you like it!
To make this episode, we headed our to a restored colonial house here in downtown Cuenca that has been turned into a charming boutique hotel called Hotel Inés María. I think it made for a perfect backdrop for Doña Rosa. What do you think?

This is more then ASMR. This is heritage from ancestors, this is something you're grandmother will teach you when you get older. I'm happy she can show us her gift. If I ever come to Ecuador I will definitely go to do energy cleaning but not because of ASMA, because I really really need it.

May I ask why in hair cracking they're often referred to as "suns"?
Yes, it is because the English translation "hair cracking" doesn't really capture the essence of the Spanish "sacando lo soles", which is a traditional headache remedy. When one has a headache caused by excessive sun exposure, removing individual strands of hair can receive the headache 😊

@@SheanaOBrien1985 "hermoso" can be use in sentences like this bc it is an a masculine adjective, unlike "hermosa" which is a female adjective. Ecuador is masculine thanks to the O near the end and that's why the comment of this person uses "hermoso". Everything (when its grammatical gender is masculine) can be "hermoso".Hopefully I'm not mistaken and it helps😅
