  • We have a grass field we always use for bedding, and sometimes we'll also take off another crop for heifer hay. We had the 4020 on the 328 baler.
It must have been quite a day when the dealer brought out that 4020 and Mr. Farmer traded in his old two-cylinder or his old WD-45 or his International...

Anyone else see that wad of loose hay fall off the wagon, get caught by the wind, and drop perfectly into the next windrow? Apparently, it really wanted to be part of a bale, lol!

After using the 328 SSB this past weekend, I would rather pick it up by hand and stack it the old fashioned way. No broken, deformed bails and unloading that trailer when it is full of tangled bales and getting them on the elevator is a royal pain in the butt. #oldschool

Great combo chewing it up and spitting them out, great camera angles makes it very fun to watch! I wish I had the step on my JD like you have, been gonna buy one someday.

Thanks for watching! We got the K&M steps from Steiner for it. Deere has steps also, but they cost a lot more $$$

Put a 2 ft extension on the exhaust helps alot with the fumes.

The hay was 2nd crop grass, so the windrows were pretty small.

It was about as nice of grass hay a person could get 👍🏻 Straight for the heifers.
