See old me at 343 pounds would’ve been offended by your comment…but current me (on my weightloss journey) understands that this lifestyle is literally not it…I’m so glad to be where I am now (almost down to 300 pounds I have 15 more pounds to go) and my overall goal weight is 180-200 so I have roughly over a hundred pounds to lose 😮💨💪🏾❤️ I do wish them the best and hope they begin to live a better lifestyle too
