How on Earth can anyone watch the Christmas Day NFL games today without signing a stinking Netflix agreement that will be harder than crap to ever get rid of???? I spent the entire season watching Amazon ruin Thursday nights for me. Now this. Thank God there are some people in the NBA who understand the importance of the common fan. Human greed, especially this time of year, is sickening and callous.
I had no problems watching Olympics on peacock and no problems at all watching wwe ppv events like wrestmania on peacock, was trying to watch NFL Christmas game on netlix and it kept buffering like the tyson/Paul fight and if netflix doesn't fix that problem they won't have wwe raw for long before wwe jumps ship
I'm a huge football fan. I'm a huge Steelers fan. I HATE this game being at 1pm Xmas. It RUINS our family time. And my Dad is one of those fans that will be grumpy all day now no matter the outcome of the game. Terrible idea NFL!!! 4pm ok. 1pm BS. Christmas should be family time.
@wordalex1 I was 11 back in 1971. The Chiefs played the Dolphins in a playoff game. Double ot. That was the longest game at the time. That doesn't count commercial breaks. How many dinners were ruined that day? So I am sympathetic to your problem.
Netflix coverage of this game is beyond chitty. The quality is like watch Football Game in the late 1980’s. They obviously did not learn their lesson after the Tyson vs Paul fight. How can one of the worlds most popular or best streaming services be this bad. When they started doing Thursday night football last year on Amazon it wasn’t even close to being this bad. Their problem was not video or audio quality problems. It was the chemistry pregame, postgame and the commentators during the game because they were a rookie team that never worked together. But by the end of season they figured it out.
I’m sure he’s not worried about it. They get paid by Netflix whether ppl can watch or not. They just won’t sign up with them again if it’s unstreamable.
As a Ravens fan, I’m not expecting to watch the game. I’m prepared to listen to the local Radio team through their app. The same thing for the Pittsburgh Steelers game.
Much cheaper than Netflix plus Sunday night football. It may not have as big of repertoire as Netflix but most of it is trash anyways. Don’t even get me started on the Netflix originals
If ur an nfl fan honestly having peacock and paramount is the way to go. Wait till they offer a good yearly deal and take advantage. I paid $35 for an entire year of paramount and the service was stramless
@@edwarddapra7674 it'll be broadcasted locally in Kansas City and in Pittsburgh. The Chiefs have already had other streaming only games and it was broadcasted locally.
Sundays are never a problem on HULU. Prime for Thurs. nights is still kind of buggy at times on HULU so I'm guessing that's a Prime problem. Peacock Olympic broadcast. I didn't watch a MINUTE so I had no trouble streaming. 😉
Streaming the games on different pay channels is bull .... Make it ONE channel or pay per view at a fair price. I'm not paying for Netflix just to watch a Steeler game on Christmas day. At some point this greed is going to backfire.
I already miss games because I refuse to pay exhorbitant prices for an NFL package. I simply switch to something else and watch the video clips later after the game is over. One thing about the internet: We have options now that we didn't have just a couple of decades ago.
Yeah they think we are desperate to watch football game at all cost. They have another thing coming. Going to be funny when all of this streaming stuff falls flat on its face.
@@davidgraham2673 I don't have a TV. 90% of my football is watching youtube clips later. I watch thurs night on Amazon. Works for me. I choked when I priced Red Zone.
Unfortunately there's a lot of dumb people who literally act like paying for a bunch of different services is some flex 😂. Tried telling people not to give in to Peacock last year or they'll keep doing it... but nope dummies ran to Peacock to watch a freakin wildcard game 🙄
Mike, you're rich tho. Netflix's monthly fee isn't "expensive" for you but I would watch maybe 20 hours of it in a year. That is expensive. Their content is mostly trash unfortunately. Peacock is a winner tho!
No Amazon Thursday NFL Game has ever buffered or lagged out for me so its possible to stream games with no issues so Netflix has no excuses for putting out a bad stream.
I saw the Olympics on youtube (in my country the rights owner also streams everything on youtube) and it was a flawless experience. It can be done but only if you are not cheap and Netflix is well known for being cheap cancelling shows left and right just because they didn't break the internet. They have one month to increase their servers capacity and don't f up a business that could be the biggest they had since streaming became popular.
I don't get how anybody can stand to watch the Olympics. It doesn't mean what it used to. The athletes get screwed. Spend theor whole lives working at their sport and get paid nothing. The gold they win is just gold leaf over some iron. It's a joke. Whenever I see it's Olympics time all I see is the corruption surrounding it and the greed. Billions spent and none goes to the athletes. They sleep on cardboard beds. It's sad.
bro nobody is gunna keep paying for 4 different streamer apps just to watch exclusive football matchups once a year. make all the games accessible on the nfl app and charge an affordable monthly fee if youre gunna go that route with this bs. its getting ridiculous

I'll be doing something else on Christmas; no way I'm signing up for yet another streaming service I won't use.
Just put every single game on one NFL streaming app that we can pay a flat fee for. No need to make it any more complicated than that.
Shhh.... don't bring logic here. NFL doesn't use logic
I've been watching NFL games on pirate sites for over a decade now.
I've had almost no problems.
Peacock was amazing during the Olympics the way I was able to sort through the events and schedule reminders… Peacock was prepared!
Peacock was terrible at showing me what I wanted to watch tho. It was my worst Olympic viewing experience ever.
@ I honestly don’t believe you but ok 👍🏾…

Family time being impacted by football says a lot about priorities. Just watch the game bruh. Family time sounds like a close second. 😂

why do i have to pay for additional programing? all of the games should be on free TV! GREED!
So I need Peacock, Prime, Netflix, ESPN+….
Nah.
u dont need prime!!! the others yes unless u pirate them
I have a radio. Good enough.
@@MRkriegswhere do you go to Pi Rate?
add them all together, and it's just as much, if not more, than cable. Except now you have 5,6,7 or more separate payments instead of one.
Can’t you get all the games on the nfl app, for a fee of course.
Greedy
NFL got paid...that's all they care about
If the broadcast gets interrupted we can all watch "Heidi".
I wonder how many will understand that one. I was a kid when that happened.
😂
Olympics on Peacock was EXCELLENT. Set a new standard for live sports broadcasting.
Netflix has a major history with the stoppage proof lies with the Tyson fight, but the nfl is guilty for selling netflix the games.
Enjoy these solo segments. Pls do more of them.
He is routing for chaos let’s be honest.
Not getting Netflix just to watch football
Private Equity now has its hands in the NFL. That will probably affect the streaming landscape.
I’m sure he’s not worried about it. They get paid by Netflix whether ppl can watch or not. They just won’t sign up with them again if it’s unstreamable.
Olympics went smoothly on peacock because nobody watched it (relative to a primetime slot NFL game of course)
As a Ravens fan, I’m not expecting to watch the game. I’m prepared to listen to the local Radio team through their app. The same thing for the Pittsburgh Steelers game.
Like the NFL has ever cared about the quality of their product.. come on now
WHO WANTS A PPV SUPER BOWL??? IT'S COMING SOON!!!!
That has to be right around the corner
Yep the dummies who keep feeding into it don't realize it yet.
To be honest, the Olympic coverage on Peacock was amazing. That definitely set the standard for streaming live / big events.
The problem with Peacock is nobody wants Peacock ☠️

Streaming costs are elder abuse against poor seniors
Doubt 60 million plus people are going to watch the game
Right before Florio said reaching critical mass I was saying it in my head 😆😆😆
I'm in KC so I'll be watching it on my local CBS channel instead of Netflix regardless.
I doubt that, it’ll only be on Netflix
You won’t be able to. That the entire issue. These events are on “lockdown” on streaming services that have struggled with high traffic.

They just didn’t have enough capacity with a content delivery network. They def learned their lesson and this is an easy fix.

Video brought to you by Peacock
Streaming great but hate that it has to be exclusive…….
And Netflix better get their stuff straightened out before January 6th when WWE Monday Night Raw debuts...
I remember the gong show Mike. I’m as old as you lol.
Peacock is HORRIBLE every they had an NFL game

I bet Netflix will crash that day plus they have Houston Baltimore that day good thing i can watch on the local channels
