They both die terribly with bones crunching and gurgling. I saw the whole thing and woke up sweating cause my fiance woke me up. Relistened to it as i went to the comments. Everyone was cussing at him and telling him how much of an asshole he was and that they still love him. It was funny after i woke up and heard it again. The creepiest thing about this is the longer it goes on the less gunshots, fighting, screams etc you hear and just more growls and snarls since more and more people are dying and becoming infected
I love this. The overpowering soulless groans of the undead, people shooting and fighting for their lives to no avail, the broadcast system's robotic voice lying, the screaming and wailing, cars crashing, the flickering lights, blood on the window, and zombies just outside your door waiting and softly scratching and knocking. All while you sit there, praying for your life, and eventually accepting your fate and watching the world crumble into a shell of what it once was, tainted with memories long forgotten.
The detail in the frame itself tells a story of its own. "My wife got bit.. she didn't bother telling me at all and I only found out when it was far too late. Now I'm alone with the corpse of my wife and listening to the sounds of the infected tearing Seattle a new one. All I can do is hope and pray that an Evac is planned.."
The fact there’s a blood splatter and a handprint on the window of the room we see could imply we’ve just shot (gun on the left) an infected roommate or family member, who may have just bitten us. So now we just sit here, listening to the world end and waiting for the inevitable. We need more ASMR like this.
As a closer at my place of work, as I walk home, the streets are dead. Pop my earphones in and put this on. Best thing ever. No cars for miles, no people around, lights out. This makes it all much much better

No, This is the apartment that the zombie outbreak started in. That's why there's blood on the walls and the windows. He's not hunkering down, He's either dead in the apartment, or down on the street with the rest of them. The door is probably wide open,

Falling asleep to this is oddly soothing. Like being in a safe area trying to sleep but knowing that just beyond the safety of your walls, all hell is breaking loose.
I wouldn't be able to fall a sleep to this tbh. Being in a apartment, you wanna run away as soon as possible before you become trapped with zombies all around the building and you have nowhere to go. Especially if you don't have your family close to you, id be scared for them

The world is going to hell. It’s bedlam, people clamoring outside running for their lives or fighting to the death. Zombie growls can be heard. But your online professor from another state still wants your term papers in on time for your grade. Armageddon is not an excuse!
I usually don't listen all the way through to these but this just seemed interesting. I like the touch of having different alerts come in instead of repeating. Very good touch and quality.
The best part imo are the occasional door knocks from across the hall wanting to help, not wanting to risk getting infected though by opening the door to whoever, or whatever is out there. Terrifying.
I love the idea of a safe room in an apocalypse, like a penthouse to look down on everything without any chance of dying. Then returning to normal civilization or something
This is what I want too. I just wanna have like some kind of awesome high tech solar powered chopper on the roof. I can watch it all unfold and then I can fly off to grab food and come back. I even have a farm with veggies on the rooftop. Being on a suite penthouse means no one can reach me as I'm too high up top to be touched haha! I just wanna be the farthest thing to a victim of zombies.
People say they hope this kind of stuff would happen. Not realizing the serious mental damage it would have. Everything you love gone. Cats, dogs, etc gone. Friends, family gone. Society destroyed. Everyday you are fighting to live for every hour. No technology. We go back to the stone age. That's something I cant do.
I would love for someone to make a dark bleak movie set during an actual zombie outbreak instead of taking place years after the fact. I know this comes down to budget, but I'd still love to see it.
Not a movie but Fear the Walking Dead is a TWD side story tv show that takes place right as the outbreak starts and onwards, I personally like it much more than the main show
I like to think that the initial outbreak would be the absolute worst time to be living through it. The newest infected have the most brain functions remaining and thus are still able to put together simple thoughts and still be able to solve problems like opening doors and breaking windows to get into buildings, or to raid houses in search of food, on top of that as long as they aren't completely ripped apart and mangled, they can probably move faster and are stronger than the more decayed ones. Realistically a zombie apocalypse should only really last a few weeks. All the infected would die and resurrect, then the resurrected would decay until nothing remained.
Unless you are talking about zombie deer virus which in deers it takes years for death then decays later scientists are worried even WHO are worried about this spillover let’s say livestock To humans? It would take a year for our decay and death barely none of us would survive
@@JSF_EDITZZthat doesn’t create zombies tho. Even if it jumped to humans it’d just turn the infected into vegetables. Imagine sort of late stage Alzheimer’s
Low key kinda scary when you think about having to grab everyone close to you that you care about to try and make a run for safety while all this chaos is unfolding.
Yeah but where is safety? Add a story and have this playing in the background. TH-cam is so damn big I just found the horror stories three years ago. This would be epic on a big screen wall tv on Halloween.
I mean if this were to happen I think I would be at college campus library with other people so that makes us 20 people and 2 security guards in the library. Some of the 20 people who decide to leave on their own have already left so that would left us 16 people. But what should we do? Should we stay put or should we try to escape the city?
Wait..they never nuked the city (despite what we see at the end of RE3,the town look almost intact and full of monsters in RE2) Do that mean they..i dunno but since RE2 remake is an sequel to RE3,it like...the millatry did nothing,i guess..
The difference is, is that the zombies would decay so quickly taht very little action would be needed. And a virus spread by bites would almost be eradicated immediately. It’s why you hear very few cases of rabies
My favorite part about zombie media is seeing the break out of the disease, those first moments of chaos when everyone is experiencing the threat for the first time and the clean civilized cities are getting destroyed. Sadly not many projects detail how this event was and just skip straight to apocalypse mode, but this ambience really helps you to imagine how those first moments of chaos where like. Great job!
This would be even more terrifying if the zombies had those fits of rage like the ones in Dying Light. Just imagine the screams of the inffected in the distance, or in the apartment next to the one in this video. Maybe some of them running on the corridor outside chasing someone. Damn.
I think the most terrifying aspect to imagine is how as you shelter in your home and the emergency broadcast updates continue to get worse, is that sinking feeling you’d get in your gut that you and your family are not going to survive and the world you knew so intimately is gone forever and it’s only a matter of time before you’ll be gone too.
I love this video so much. You can just feel the hopelessness really start to sink in with each EAS report and at 55:16 it fully envelopes you. The EAS stop coming and you know that the National Guard isn't coming to extract you. This is the perfect October video.
@@sinistervids71 I do like th fact that certain neons/lights are dimming and then lighting on again, that would happen in the first few hours/days of a zombie apocalypse. I LOVE how towards the end of the video the moans are overpowering the guns and explosions. It’s clear that the zombies are winning. A benefit of being in a high rise apartment is that there is an escape plan for when the zombies inevitably make it up here. Just one jump over the ledge and it’ll all be over in 10 seconds, no more having to worry about zombies, no worry you’ll reanimate as one of them. God help us all
I still find it more and more scary that the biggest threat in a zombie apocalypse will not be the zombies but, other survivors who after some time will shed their humanity and just kill for pleasure rather than help other survivors and ensuring an end to the zombie outbreak
I don't think many people would at all kill for pleasure. I even have trouble thinking about killing someone if it was me or them. I think in matters of survival yes, but not for pleasure. Humans are pack animals. Ape together strong, alone, weak.
Yeah, but during emergencies where life and death are just a choice away, more often than not we see people reach out and help. The idea that people are vile bastards comes courtesy of the fine folks who lie for a living: MSM, Hollywood, politicians.

Yo you gotta listen to this while running as it makes you feel like you're running from a horde of zombies, legit gave me more adrenaline and made me run faster than usual.
This ambience is awesome! Everything feels so consistent, creepy and hopeless... It's also terrifying how you feel that the man making announcements is lying to you like... nobody actually is gonna come after you, no one is going to save you... you're on your own and... that's it. It is so well made, thank you for this video!
Just looking at the scene... To me i'd imagine that someone's apartment had a zombie break in, and they ran to the bedroom for their shotgun, just to get attacked and taken down by the zombie. Hence the splatters on the wall and windows, and the hand on the glass almost as if they tried to grip something to get away.
There's something about the EAS beeping that scares me more than anything. I sleep to this stuff, i almost drift off everytime an announcement comes on. It's actually kinda nice to think I'm safe and surviving while the world falls apart
I don't know why, but the flickering of the lights in the buildings brings it all together for me. Something about the fluctuating power and electrical supply just fits so perfectly well to a zombie apocalypse. Any kind of darkness with flickering lights is natural horror at its finest. I hope to see more of these ambient videos. They really help my imagination when I write my novels and stories. It just fuels the imagination and thought process so well. (Sits next to window, opens laptop, and starts writing a zombie novel with the sound of pattering rain striking against the glass) It's a beautiful thing. =)
Lmao idk how. This woke me up and put me on edge until I looked out my window 😂😂. Basically I have Bluetooth speakers in my room and they are really loud, and because I usually listen to lofi and stuff whilst trying to sleep. In an age where the internet outlives humanity, I find myself an unexpected survivor in a world overrun by zombies. So here I am, microwaving my dinner, while the undead are groaning just outside my window. I’m hitting pause on a TH-cam video to drop a comment, which feels surreal given it’s likely my last day alive. The fuzziness is creeping in, a telltale sign of what happened yesterday. I was at the supermarket (which is somehow still running and restocking) when I felt the bite of one of those things. On Reddit, they say the fuzziness means you’ve got roughly 24 hours left. It’s like being drunk, but with a clear head. There was this one guy who actually live-streamed his last hours on Twitch, right up to the moment he turned. It was educational, in a morbid sort of way, showing us how to spot the signs of someone who’s been bitten. Now, if you’re wondering about my last supper, I’m having Japanese food. There’s this incredible Japanese woman at the grocery store who makes it. She started cooking for the community after her son was bitten, trying to bring some normalcy back into our lives. So, this is it. I never imagined it would end like this for me. The heartburn’s kicking in, which means the virus has hit my stomach. I’m finishing up my meal, not knowing what tomorrow will bring. So, I guess this is goodbye. If you see me wandering out there, do me a favor ... AOBT [Aim for the head, One bullet, Between the eyes, That’s all I ask.].
I swear I've heard this exact ambient noise in a first person shooter game. The guy (character) was running through bombed buildings in the middle of a war zone. Some of the buildings were partially knocked down, some had the walls blasted off of them, and a helicopter was outside shooting at the character through the open wall into the building.

Damn the last one is eerie, from “oh we got this just hide and wait” to “go to down idaho 22 and you’ll find refuge, may god bless you” is really scary. It officially took over so they are just saying best of luck too you
Getting asleep to the sound of thunder and rain is great because you feel even more comfy, warm and dry when you think of how wet and cold you would be if you were outside, or when you think about people who are actually outdoor. The same goes with this ambience, but it puts the safe and secure feeling on a whole new level. Love it dude, hope you will do another one ! ps : I think without the sound of zombies, the effect I explained above would be emphasized, because they sound very close, like next door, so it lowers the security feeling. Maybe if the zombie sounds were loud moanings, growlings etc but sounding as distant as the people cries, as if the zombies were down the street and not in front of your door, that would be perfect. And last thing : theres too much female crying, or not enough male crying in agony.
Mon/Jul/18/22 “I woke up to the sounds of blood curtailing screaming and gunfire and unusual groans, I rushed to my curtains and quickly opened them and looked outside and saw people running from zombies. I never thought zombies are real but here I am making a journal entry, I’m gonna be focusing on barricading my door and figuring out how to get out of my apartment since there’s a lot of them out there, I’m gonna need to stay quiet and try to ration my food, and I’m gonna need to learn to not trust people easily.”
Honestly something I'm really waiting for is a good zombie story set entirely in some guys apartment a few floors above ground level. The idea is that he's trapped in their own apartment but nothing going on outside their apartment could ever possibly reach them. The first night of like total chaos maybe they'll watch from their window or sit on their porch looking at the chaos below. There could be alot of interesting juxtaposition. Like the guy is getting tired and is trying to go to sleep despite knowing what's happening outside and hearing gunfire and explosions outside as they attempt to sleep. That or maybe they'll play video games the next day while there's still power the next day and they'll still hear noises. Stuff like that.
@@longlegcraig Well more video game is what I'm looking for. Like a sit n survive sorta thing. I've seen Alive and while good I just wanna play the experience. I should have specified that instead of just saying story.
I've written something similar to this, with two people who have barricaded themselves inside of a house, with only the distant sirens and gunshots and occasional peaks out the window to keep them company
The best ambient horror I have ever heard, so rich in detail and escalating tension. The icing on the cake would have been if, at the end of the video, the groans of the zombies climbing the stairs were heard, then the door being broken down, a loud scream and finally, after the attack, the dripping of blood.
Thanks! Check out my Zombie Apocalypse 2 video. It has similar stuff to what you are talking about. The power goes out, people jump from windows and zombies overtake the screaming near the end.
This is absolutely amazing! Makes me hunger for a good zombie story/movie of when an outbreak happens. One thing I wished was in the video was seeing zombies attacking humans in the building directly across from the apartment. I was waiting for that to show throughout the entire video, as in humans trying to hold out but getting swarmed as they moved higher and higher in the building. Regardless, this is still a 20/10 video for me. Keep up the amazing work!
I gotta say this was done really well. Ive been liking all the little details you've put into it. How theres been certain sound effects that ether never repeat or only like once or twice. The EBS (emergency broadcast system) always says something, and then there where others thing as well. Bravo my guy
the scary thing for me is how someone can live on a 80th floor when the elevators drop.. after a while it’s not so cozy when running out of food. Unless the whole time the person was growing herbs, vegetables and fruit, chickens and some good weed.
I love this, it's like audio drama, but in one setting. This is definitely an interesting form of story telling using the imagination, our most powerful tool. Can't wait to see more of these.
I gotta say this... To make this require a large imagination of... everything Like, your POV when the apocalyse occurs, what people do during the apocalypse, the sirens, the groans, gun sounds... This is just perfect! Nice work, you got +1 sub from me :Đ
I find this very relaxing for some reason. I use it to fall asleep when I'm traveling. It comforts me for some reason. I think it's the emergency alerts included in with the rain, thunder, and street sounds.
I’m highly interested in this concept of horror ASMR, the idea that people enjoy the unsettling noises of sirens, blood, and disarray. Of course, there is “song playing faintly while you try to escape your kidnapper” and that bothers me too lolol y’all people are scary to me. Could you do a Grudge one where we hear the child making cat noises (and that *one* sound) along with the mom’s body contorting as she tries to find you in their house? 😱
I find comfort in the fact that one day the world could end in this way and then nothing would be my problem anymore, I'd be dead or would be able to take my anger out on some zombies. and then maybe die.
Strangely, this feels like another audio perspective of the outbreak in Dying Light. Like, I feel like this is what the world went into after the events of the first game.
Please, more, we need more ! I like hearing the Emergency beeps and the screams and distant gunshots and groans of the infected. The sounds develop and I love it so thank you for this
It terrifies me the fact that I find this quite calming. Moreover, it is such a nice detail that you added the warning to King County, as it is the town where Rick Grimes lived before the outbreak in The Walking Dead, as well as the town where the first episode and one of the third season are set. Pretty sure that sounded the day the undead arose while Rick was in comma.
Anytime an alert came on tv with the weird dialup sound, it’d freak me out as a kid. It always felt like when those sounds started, bad shit was gonna happen. The alerts you made sound so real. Good work!

Goodnight... And good luck.

Citizen militias, the police and the military would eradicate a zombie uprising brutally and efficiently. At least in red states.
Let's just hope it never happens, if it on the off chance does, let's just hope we're not anywhere near ground zero

I LOVE how towards the end of the video the moans are overpowering the guns and explosions. It’s clear that the zombies are winning.
Never thought about it like that. People will purge.

The EBS (emergency broadcast system) always says something, and then there where others thing as well. Bravo my guy
Thanks so much!
I think it's the EAS (emergency alert system).
@@leoneleras1515 there's more then that
@@leoneleras1515 EAS since 1997. EBS is Cold War era until 1996.
@@Gillan1220 ok.
"If a cannibal breaks into your home, don't panic." Yeah sure. Easy peasy lemon squeezy.
Just kindly asks to leave your property, he for sure will understand
Cannibals can't legally eat you without your consent, simply say "I do not consent to being eaten, cannibal" and they must leave your residence
Lol
@@lucasguenesmenezes6416don’t assume the cannibals gender
the scary thing for me is how someone can live on a 80th floor when the elevators drop.. after a while it’s not so cozy when running out of food. Unless the whole time the person was growing herbs, vegetables and fruit, chickens and some good weed.
I love this, it's like audio drama, but in one setting. This is definitely an interesting form of story telling using the imagination, our most powerful tool. Can't wait to see more of these.
Thank you so much!
I gotta say this...
To make this require a large imagination of... everything
Like, your POV when the apocalyse occurs, what people do during the apocalypse, the sirens, the groans, gun sounds...
This is just perfect!
Nice work, you got +1 sub from me :Đ
Wow, thank you!
I find this very relaxing for some reason. I use it to fall asleep when I'm traveling. It comforts me for some reason. I think it's the emergency alerts included in with the rain, thunder, and street sounds.
Glad you enjoy it!
I had almost lost hope, but the shining led me back. Great to have your content back up
you mean shining right
Welcome back!
I’m highly interested in this concept of horror ASMR, the idea that people enjoy the unsettling noises of sirens, blood, and disarray. Of course, there is “song playing faintly while you try to escape your kidnapper” and that bothers me too lolol
y’all people are scary to me.
Could you do a Grudge one where we hear the child making cat noises (and that *one* sound) along with the mom’s body contorting as she tries to find you in their house? 😱
Thanks for watching!
I find comfort in the fact that one day the world could end in this way and then nothing would be my problem anymore, I'd be dead or would be able to take my anger out on some zombies. and then maybe die.
Bro wtf hell nah that’s too scary
You ever fall asleep to jurassic park high hide rain ambience? Most peaceful nights sleeps i ever get when i do.
Love this, I wanna see a game built around this ambiance
Strangely, this feels like another audio perspective of the outbreak in Dying Light. Like, I feel like this is what the world went into after the events of the first game.
Please, more, we need more ! I like hearing the Emergency beeps and the screams and distant gunshots and groans of the infected. The sounds develop and I love it so thank you for this
Here's the new ersion

It terrifies me the fact that I find this quite calming. Moreover, it is such a nice detail that you added the warning to King County, as it is the town where Rick Grimes lived before the outbreak in The Walking Dead, as well as the town where the first episode and one of the third season are set. Pretty sure that sounded the day the undead arose while Rick was in comma.
Thanks! Seasons 1 and 2 are my fav of TWD
Anytime an alert came on tv with the weird dialup sound, it’d freak me out as a kid. It always felt like when those sounds started, bad shit was gonna happen.
The alerts you made sound so real. Good work!
After reading some of the comments I feel better for the fact I find this calming.
Why am I listening to this, I literally have a fear of zombies 😭
Meee
This is a good stress controll video. Listening to this is better than cursing people when you hate them.
I'm so glad this one is back time to comfy sleepin'
Thanks!
I used to work weekends alone at my old desk job. This video provided me comfort and company on more occasions than I can count. I left the job back in January but still come back to this video from time to time. Thank you for keeping me company on those lonely days ❤
Wow, that's so cool! Thanks for watching and I'm glad we kept you company! Hopefully, you have seen the sequel (Zombie Apocalypse 2) I believe it's an improvement. Thanks again!
What, the world is ending? This is where the fun begins!
