In this video I touch a bit on the Image Channel (the channel of imagination) and how it can be an easier doorway into our psyche sometimes than sensation or somatics. It also pairs well with it when we are well-integrated. The "imaginal cells" of a caterpillar in a cocoon are named from the same root word as "Imagination" and we too can draw on our imaginative power during times of transformation and change. At this threshold of the change from one year to another, it is a good time to practice this and/or to appreciate our imaginative capacities, which, after all, are the seeds of future manifestations and life experiences.
