Bruno thank you for delicious recipes. I wonder if there is a recipe as cookie croissant with marzipan and chocolate dipped. I found something like that in shop they were good, when i tried to find recipe there was none. 60 % of Pastries was marzipan. Can you help me?
It looks great and I really want to try it but interestingly no one seems to be bothered by the amount of sugar used for a light breakfast croissant. Taste is important but health is even more important (for me). I assume sugar could be replaced with xylitol or some other alternative I guess...
