    Do you know guys what's the difference between Bruno Albouze and other TH-cam chefs?
    Bruno is so kind as to giving us ALL of his cooking secrets, as a result, the recipe won't fail. Unlike other chefs who deliberately omit certain details.
    Please Bruno come to Europe and give us some masterclasses.
    He inspired me so much that I started attending classes for pâtissier and chocolatier.

      There are some good ones out there too, but you'll have to understand French. I love the channel "Apprendre la Patisserie".

    I'll probably never get to try this one. I've been using your croissant recipe for a while now, and have never had any left overs to use.

    I lived in Paris for the last 7 years and this is what I miss the most from the boulanger for breakfast! The best 2 euros I spent.

    mon rêve à moi serait de me réveiller avec un bon-ami qui m'apporte au lit ces superbes croissants aux amandes ! - avec un bon café ou thé -
    (la version avec marmelade d'orange, je n'ai jamais essayé ! ) - ça me rappelle ceux de LaDurée / Paris où j'allais souvent - et ... leurs "pains au chocolat à la Pistache " ! (à quand la recette ?) - (je regarde sur leur site, mais ne retrouve pas ces croissants aux amandes ni les pains au chocolats à la pistache ?? grrr.)

    It looks great and I really want to try it but interestingly no one seems to be bothered by the amount of sugar used for a light breakfast croissant. Taste is important but health is even more important (for me). I assume sugar could be replaced with xylitol or some other alternative I guess...

    Bruno thank you for delicious recipes. I wonder if there is a recipe as cookie croissant with marzipan and chocolate dipped. I found something like that in shop they were good, when i tried to find recipe there was none. 60 % of Pastries was marzipan. Can you help me?

      hamzygal i had a friend find the quantities ......120g marzipan, 55g powdered sugar, 15g corn starch, 90g butter, pinch of salt, 1 egg (50g) I know he doesn’t use an egg in this video but on his written recipe it is said 🤷‍♀️ 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract.
