    Hemorrhoid care:
    Pain, swelling and fullness (Symptoms)
    Bleeding doesn't mean it's cancer.
    Grade 1- Diet, stool softener, fiber, sitting on toilet too long.
    Low residue fiber goods.
    Stool softening agents- Miralax.
    No more tham 5-10 minutes on toilet.
    No straining. More water... be nice to your bottom. No hard, rough wiping.

      Don’t forget to manage stress and anxiety. Walking and light exercise are also great for prevention. Tucks wipes!

      Great advice.
      Also, go last thing at night too. This allows your butt to relax after the poop because you sleep. Don’t poop and then get in the car or sit in an office.

    I am relieved and amazed that someone is motivated to help people take care of this used, abused and neglected part of the body- if it's not working properly, life becomes very difficult - thanks so much for what you are doing - it's helping so many people so much . . .

Hope is powerful tool for relaxing suffering patients. I've been blessed with the rhoids for 13 years. I've had around 10 band procedures, and one triple hemorrhoidectomy for a thrombosed rhoid. I literally went a full year unable to sit on any seat. Ive tried every diet for them. The best diet i have found is don't eat anything! Ever! My life was destroyed after the first surgery. I haven't been alive since then. No hope for no pain in the ass ever again.

    I strained hard just before this due to having co-codamol for extremely heavy & painful periods.
    I following your gentle guidance and feel better for it. I thought banding would be the way to go. I touch it & no pain it's the sides connected to my abuse that. Usually most when I sit down.

    I’m lactose intolerant I eat popcorn I ate bacon egg cheese breakfast for five days also had agorgeous sandwich meat and cheese… FFF
    I definitely agree with him saying that I need to watch it. My problem is I make so little money that I technically don’t even eat my own food. For everything I’ve come to learn I should be eating oats with tofu with berries fruits and specific veggies because some are not okay for me.

    Hey doctor, i have thrombosed external hemorrhoid for 2 weeks now, the pain is going away slowly, but im afraid it’ll come back in the future, is there a higher chance for it to come back if you suffer from it at least once? Does surgery reduce the chances of it coming back? The stages of extreme pain are behind me, now it’s mild, so doing a surgery and going through more pain again seems like a less better idea.

    I eat pretty healthy but have had a lot of difficulty with hard stools. A few years ago, I discovered that too much salt causes hard, dry poops, vicious headaches and stiff shoulder and neck muscles. So many snack foods are full of either salt or sugar, so when traveling, I have basically resorted to bringing my own. Eighty percent of my meals are homemade anyway and at this point, I rarely, if ever, use salt. I mention this because it may be an issue of which most of us are unaware and is easily resolved. I’m super healthy, great food, ideal bmi, poop gently, maybe 9 times a week, but Ive been having anal fissures and hemeroids for a few months on and off. Just this week it’s a growth about the size of a black bean and very tight like it wants to burst. I’m pretty miserable. The only thing I can think of is stress. I’ve been dealing with government paperwork and it’s killing me. The only other thing I can think of is fiber. You said too much is bad? I eat a couple prunes and nuts with every breakfast and a big salad with every dinner. Is that too much fiber?

      Don't have the operation. It ruined my life. Buy a large wide bowl & half fill it with water & poop in that. Yes it sounds gross, but takes the painful pooping away. ❤

    Hey doctor I have hemhorroids and it’s been chronic for 7 months now with a cycle of healing then bleeding painfully, burning and all that other stuff, but recently I wiped without having a bowel movement and there was blood, like I just touched it up with tissue and there was a stain of pink blood, but before that happened I was exercising and I felt a sharp pain which made me stop for a little cause it hurt, then after a while when I did have a bowel movement there was only blood no stains of stool and the stool also had blood in it, but it didn’t hurt, what do you think this might be? I tried researching but there was no specific answers anywhere

    • @rpersen
      @rpersen 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      From what I know, pink blod is fresh and from the outside most likely. If it is dark it is from deeper inside, in which case you should get examinated. Have you seen a doctor? That is the first thing you should do if you bleed from the behind.

    • @reapersvoid6260

      @@rpersen what made me worry is there was red blood after and when I do go I don’t feel pain but there’s blood, I’m glad there’s no pain tho but it’s feels diff, and yes I’ve made an appointment to get examined with a camera and it’s in about 2 weeks left I’m so nervous but I have no choice if it’s become this bad

    • @rpersen
      @rpersen 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@reapersvoid6260 I have been there and I would say do not worry. Chances of it beeing something malignant is very small, in majority of cases it is just your normal ‘roids or some other irritating but not dangerous condition. Bright red, fresh blood is usually a very good thing. But see a doctor just to be sure. Best of luck, don’t stress to much about it is my advice.

    I don't understand how food is related so strongly. I thought hemorrhoids was caused by pushing too hard because that's what happened to me I was rushing on the toilet I pushed really hard and I felt some discomfort now I have a small bubble I don't think it has anything to do with my diet
