Don Giani Guides: it's what I love about this game: there's more than one way to skin a cat. That Taiwanese/Asian players flingo, star caller frozen pigs method is the only vid I have seen using this method. It works much better than the toadstool flingo method imo. U can kill bee queen very fast n take nearly 0 damage. Also often u will lose the loot in the pigs walled in area, meaning u will need to break the walls down or use a lazy forager to get the loot. A few of my DST friends use this method and I was surprised to eventually find - after i searched - only 1 vid showcasing this method. It was cool to see a Wendy main kill bee queen. This is also the only vid I have seen a Wendy solo kill bee queen. Depending on ur definition of "cheese" or exploits, this could be the only solo legit, no cheese or exploits bee queen kill. I would like to see a Webber do a bee queen, solo speed run kill. I hate the character, n find him pretty useless, along with every player I've met that uses him. I love the tips and help you make surviving the game much easier when you l la little things here and there. try doing voice or even a robotic one cause alot of people watch these while playing and dst doesn't pause so gotta like watch and play
Gonna try wall method with my friend. Only thing is, freaking hounds came the same day we were fighting Bee Queen. So we'll kill hounds, then Bee Queen. Probably gonna need sewing kit just in case.
Me and a friend (we're playing Webber and Wortox) finally beat this boss for the first time using the wall strategy! Also Wortox is amazing for Bee Queen, just kill some Grumble Bees and you get some free heals for the team, no extra heals required, at least for the fight me and my friend were in

Eight way put 8 lure plants in citle so they don't hit each other and the machines that put fire down and dragon armor that fire bees,bees fire plants,fireman extinguish fire and freez bees( this method is only for wormwood )

To make thinks easy,I would base In the deciduous biome,it’s a biome with an orange tint and it’s safe there because lots of pig houses are there to protect you
Well yeah, weapons don't matter in the case of bunnymen, only food items. You can still use your hambat, bat bat etc near them. Edit: dontstarve.fandom.com/wiki/Bunnyman
Hope somebody read this. I played with a friend and we didnt knew what happens when we hit that big thing. So we spawned the Bee Queen and go away. Now there isnt a nest anymore. Will she come back or have we search her ?
You only need to get the blue print once, and the first time I killed bq I used 100 gunpowder and some blowdarts. I usually play Wigfrid so the royal jelly doesn't mean much to me and by the time you prep for the ancient fuelweaver you should have the resources to make one of these setups to kill the bq
I mean even 100 Gunpowder would be a pain to craft early on. Overall I don't like using Gunpowder to kill Bosses I won't be that objective regarding this item though... By the way Wigfrid can eat Jellybeans ;)
Don Giani Guides: I killed bee queen so many times solo mostly for fun, but quite often left the royal jelly to rot bc I didn't realise or even try eating jelly beans wit Wigfred.
The damage multipliers from characters doesn't apply to the weather pain, or gunpowder, so assuming the tornado hits the same number of times, wes will do just as well as a buffed wolfgang
I wasn't talking about the weather pain, I was talking about the -25% damage that Wes has. Since you're doing less damage, you might need another Weather Pain to beat this phase.
I still think using bunnymens only is the best all around method (except for wiker ofc...) I killed her with them tge first time i'll keep using those ;)
Clovis Bertrand: depends how u define best. Using bunnyman is my go to method for killing BQ. It's one of the easiest methods. If u have enough bunnymen u don't even have to help. Just sit back and watch. I like to base near BQ. The bunnymen farm setup to kill BQ can provide u with heaps of food. I will only setup near BQ if it's in a good location like close to dragonfly, pig king, triple mactusk, swamp/marsh or a good set piece like guardian pigs etc, or if it has a good worm hole.
I do that as a sacondary bunnymans "farm" basing near bq isn't that usefull imo as once you have a decent bunnyfarm (or enslaved a bishop) you can extremly easily build lots of bunny's hutch (i have around 160bunny tails in one of my base thx to bishop ;)
Clovis Bertrand: yea I prob had over 200 bunny puffs at one point, b4 spending more than half of em in ruins, n savannah krampus spawner. U won't have 100 spare bunny puffs early game tho. It takes time to collect bunny puffs, carrots n logs to build more. I don't rush BQ but I do like to get bundling wrap quickly. Early game 20 bunny huts can provide a lot of food. My favourite set piece is guardian pigs. 20 bunny huts at BQ is like ur own man made set piece, and that's imo the only usefulness of basing near BQ. My base usually will have quick access to 2 or more desirable locations/bioms. U will never find the perfect base location bc there r too many different bioms all over the map. My favourite areas are BQ, DF desert and set piece, followed by triple mactusk, pig king and swamp/marsh. If BQ is close to a good biom and/or has a wormhole that goes to another/a good biom like DF, pig king or triple mactusk etc than its probably the best location imo for base. My favourite game I based near BQ. I'm next to a wormhole that goes to pig king. BQ has a wormhole that goes to triple mactusk biom and just past BQ is DF. I can friend 10 bunnyman, n go attack dragonfly to farm DF scales easily. The swamp/marsh isn't too far from base either. The BQ bunnyman farm has 2 or 3 moose/goose spawns which I usually get the bunnymen to kill or they do it on their own. There is also 1 mactusk close to base. The only biom I'm not close to is the desert oasis - but u can't have everything. This is a great RNG server imo and I feel I got really lucky. The ancient guardian also has a large muddy biom with a few light bulbs n graves which I planted 200-300 pine cones. I'm planning on using AG to chop the trees down if I ever kill fuelweaver to resurrect him. The mini houndious shootius (enslaved bishop) is a great idea, but I've never gotten around to using one. I was thinking of using one to farm hounds from a varg to get gems.
Jason JA: I accidentally used beefalo once in spring. I moved beefalo all over my map and they went crazy breeding everywhere. Unfortunately they were more interested in fighting with my bunnyman. After the fight was over there was a lot of meat, beef horns n fur everywhere.

Me and a friend (we're playing Webber and Wortox) finally beat this boss for the first time using the wall strategy! Also Wortox is amazing for Bee Queen, just kill some Grumble Bees and you get some free heals for the team, no extra heals required, at least for the fight me and my friend were in

Eight way put 8 lure plants in citle so they don't hit each other and the machines that put fire down and dragon armor that fire bees,bees fire plants,fireman extinguish fire and freez bees( this method is only for wormwood )

It hasn't been too great with the wall strat, darn bees just go through it. There's an opening on the other end, but they go use the short end.

Well yeah, weapons don't matter in the case of bunnymen, only food items. You can still use your hambat, bat bat etc near them.

I played with a friend and we didnt knew what happens when we hit that big thing. So we spawned the Bee Queen and go away. Now there isnt a nest anymore. Will she come back or have we search her ?

tips to beat bee queen:
1-Activate god mode.
Or you can just use gunpowder to get the bundling wrap blueprint
You can 'just' craft 112 Gunpowder? :P
You only need to get the blue print once, and the first time I killed bq I used 100 gunpowder and some blowdarts. I usually play Wigfrid so the royal jelly doesn't mean much to me and by the time you prep for the ancient fuelweaver you should have the resources to make one of these setups to kill the bq
I mean even 100 Gunpowder would be a pain to craft early on. Overall I don't like using Gunpowder to kill Bosses I won't be that objective regarding this item though... By the way Wigfrid can eat Jellybeans ;)

The damage multipliers from characters doesn't apply to the weather pain, or gunpowder, so assuming the tornado hits the same number of times, wes will do just as well as a buffed wolfgang
I wasn't talking about the weather pain, I was talking about the -25% damage that Wes has. Since you're doing less damage, you might need another Weather Pain to beat this phase.

I still think using bunnymens only is the best all around method (except for wiker ofc...) I killed her with them tge first time i'll keep using those ;)
Clovis Bertrand: depends how u define best. Using bunnyman is my go to method for killing BQ. It's one of the easiest methods. If u have enough bunnymen u don't even have to help. Just sit back and watch. I like to base near BQ. The bunnymen farm setup to kill BQ can provide u with heaps of food. I will only setup near BQ if it's in a good location like close to dragonfly, pig king, triple mactusk, swamp/marsh or a good set piece like guardian pigs etc, or if it has a good worm hole.
I do that as a sacondary bunnymans "farm" basing near bq isn't that usefull imo as once you have a decent bunnyfarm (or enslaved a bishop) you can extremly easily build lots of bunny's hutch (i have around 160bunny tails in one of my base thx to bishop ;)
Clovis Bertrand: yea I prob had over 200 bunny puffs at one point, b4 spending more than half of em in ruins, n savannah krampus spawner. U won't have 100 spare bunny puffs early game tho. It takes time to collect bunny puffs, carrots n logs to build more. I don't rush BQ but I do like to get bundling wrap quickly. Early game 20 bunny huts can provide a lot of food. My favourite set piece is guardian pigs. 20 bunny huts at BQ is like ur own man made set piece, and that's imo the only usefulness of basing near BQ. My base usually will have quick access to 2 or more desirable locations/bioms. U will never find the perfect base location bc there r too many different bioms all over the map. My favourite areas are BQ, DF desert and set piece, followed by triple mactusk, pig king and swamp/marsh. If BQ is close to a good biom and/or has a wormhole that goes to another/a good biom like DF, pig king or triple mactusk etc than its probably the best location imo for base.
My favourite game I based near BQ. I'm next to a wormhole that goes to pig king. BQ has a wormhole that goes to triple mactusk biom and just past BQ is DF. I can friend 10 bunnyman, n go attack dragonfly to farm DF scales easily. The swamp/marsh isn't too far from base either. The BQ bunnyman farm has 2 or 3 moose/goose spawns which I usually get the bunnymen to kill or they do it on their own. There is also 1 mactusk close to base. The only biom I'm not close to is the desert oasis - but u can't have everything. This is a great RNG server imo and I feel I got really lucky. The ancient guardian also has a large muddy biom with a few light bulbs n graves which I planted 200-300 pine cones. I'm planning on using AG to chop the trees down if I ever kill fuelweaver to resurrect him.
The mini houndious shootius (enslaved bishop) is a great idea, but I've never gotten around to using one. I was thinking of using one to farm hounds from a varg to get gems.

Jason JA Nope! Beefalo are so good at killing her, your character just needs to bring popcorn. It takes a while to set up but you can farm her.
Jason JA: I accidentally used beefalo once in spring. I moved beefalo all over my map and they went crazy breeding everywhere. Unfortunately they were more interested in fighting with my bunnyman. After the fight was over there was a lot of meat, beef horns n fur everywhere.
