Go to settings on your business page
Click messages & story replies
Click on message controls
At the bottom turn on
Allow access to messages
Then it will work
I just done it myself and it worked

Hi Saly! I'm glad you found the video helpful! It sounds like the auto-reply feature might still be active. Try going back to your settings and disabling the auto-reply option. If it still persists, you may want to log out and back in or clear the app's cache.
