My output returns includes also negative values and range values beyond 0 and 1 even after summing the constrain to one. I used five(5) endmembers. Kindly could you help on how to interpret these results? what does Binsize value on th ROI statistic represent? What is the range of values for fractional cover?

Hi man, in my ENVI 5.1 do not have this tool "Convert Vector to ROI". What I have to do? Help me, please.

you can search the toolbox search bar, it will be there
