The Yes Theory community is one of the best I’ve seen. Goodness attracts goodness. Keep doing what you do guys. This has inspired me to be vulnerable and take risks because I’ve had so many ideas over the years with only myself holding me back.

This is what scares me: going to college/my future as an adult
This is what I’m going to do about it: look online for colleges that can offer me what I want, and have the best programs I want for my future and decide on what I want to be.
I’m 19 and I graduated last year. I’m terrified of school because I’m not the best at it. I’ve got high functioning autism so things are a bit harder for me than most so things that scare me I stay away from because of my “disability” I also have bad depression and anxiety so that also plays a part in me saying more no’s than yes’es. I just want my life to be meaningful and travel the world and the us. This is my first comment on a yes theory video so I’m putting myself out there right now as a small start. I really love what yall do and are sharing with the world. I’m not gonna jump out of a plane or anything anytime soon lol but I’m going to start putting myself out there more and start living the life I actually want and stop being afraid. Sorry if I am rambling on but I feel like I had to share this. Idk if yall will ever see this or not but I just wanted to share what scares me.

Everytime I watch a video from you guy's I'm blown away. The happiness and excitement is such an amazing thing to see since I'm from a tiny hometown. I've basically been living a seek discomfort lifestyle only by watching you guys do it for me/us (Am I the only one?) I'm 25 years old, never really got out much, and definitely don't have anything going for me, but this starting of the year has me wanting a better life, a healthier mind, and some peaceful company. Nothing but tears of excitement for you guys. Been here since 78k subs and I'll stay until you're past 78million subs. Keep it up guys.

I'm currently 290 lbs, the most I've ever weighed in my life. It's my goal to get back into shape. I was in the Army and use to be able to run miles easily, now I couldn't even run 0.1 miles probably. At the end of basic I was 209 lbs and throughout my 4 years i maintained a healthy weight around 225 lbs. Since getting out I've stopped exercising for the most part. I'm very happy with who I am, and am very comfortable in my body. I don't want to lose weight for looks, but I want to do it for my health. Several diseases run in my family including diabetes, which I don't have but have been told I'm at a high risk because of family history. I wouldn't call this a fear, but it is a real concern for me. So as they did on this video here's what I plan to do about it. I just moved to a new city about a month ago. This week I'm going to go join the local gym and start exercising on a regular basis again. I want to get back to 225lbs and be able to run at least 2 miles. I get paid tomorrow so as a reminder of my goal, I'm going to order 1 of the #SeekDiscomfort water bottles. Thank y'all for all the awesome content. It is always so much fun to watch... And it would really be so awesome if I could win the skydiving trip. That has always been 1 thing on my bucket list.

To be honest, I just start watching the channel couple months ago, but I got attracted. Me myself did seek discomfort years ago by getting my post graduate degree( I m a solid B student, didn't think I can do that). And days past I got decent job, and starting to forget how saying yes and be brave to things can let me to a whore new world and help me improve. Until I see you guys, which gives me goose bumps and remind me how I was couple years ago. So now I decided to once again step out my comfort zone and challenge myself with things that others or myself tell me that I can't. I just want to say thank you for all the positive energy and I m going to LA March 2020 maybe and maybe can bump into you guys at the beach and say thanks to you all in person
