I think it's pretty much the worse out of all her three expertises but it's still more interesting than just a damage boost to a target. Maybe it could be more useful on trios or duos?
As somebody who keeps confusing the crap out of my team by hitting my expertise mid-combat because I'm used to making people vulnerable... It's fine in teams when you use it out of combat, but mostly feels like a worse version of Madame p1. Generally speaking, people aren't running around with high heat unless they got it by being paranoid and shooting a civilian.
I dont remember if you've already done it, but considering how much you've played this game, would you ever do a tips n tricks or character guide video? I feel like i struggle in gunfights often, so many times i try to watch what you do to learn from it
I've done 1 in-depth character guide for Chavez, though obviously it's outdated at this point. And I've done a "back to basics" series which is where I play every agent with their 1/1/1 build and try to give good ideas / overviews. I intend to update the back to basics series very soon (hopefully within days!) but I'm not sure that will provide much info on gunfights

I think that is apt, but it does require less knowledge & effort than her E3, while being less powerful, so its an ok trade off imo
