For everyone wondering. You don’t need a really expensive blender to make these. It works well with a simple one option blender. I tried it myself and it ended up pretty good.

For those asking, he uses the Thomas TH-800 blender, only sold in Peru. Any high speed blender will do. I personally use the Ninja Chef 1500 Watt High Speed Blender.

Cyan L. It depends on the blender you have and how frozen your fruit is. Usually o add a small amount of liquid if it needs some help when I’m using my blender. You can add liquid but don’t add too much or else you’ll just get a regular smoothie

Put them in reusable ice cream containers so that you can prep and reuse them! I'm currently doing that with acai and pitaya bowls but I plan on adding a blue sky and green machine smoothie bowl once I get more pint sized containers. I recommend using the Talenti ones because you can wash and reuse them for years!

aya You can use any blender it doesn’t matter how expensive or cheap your blender is anything works you just have to make sure you use frozen fruits and not too much milk ( I hope this helped :)
