You probably skipped the plot of this game by mistake, but... The plot of this game is that Carlo/Koilee travels to Oniontown but end up not having a place to sleep at. They then find a man named Guy offering them a place to sleep at his hotel (which is actually Scooperia). Once Carlo/Koilee get inside, they give their belongings to Guy and go sleep. Unfortunately, it was all just a scam and Guy runs off with their belongings. The next morning, Carlo/Koilee wake up to sounds of the Scooperia being worked on. They then find Papa Louie there, and tell him that all their stuff is missing. And of course, Papa Louie offers them a job at the Scooperia to get all their stolen money back.
