If you have 1 month notice period you are very lucky. Generally notice periods are 2-3 months long and MNC's do make you serve all 3 months which itself feels like a decade 😭

No one can force you to serve notice period,
just discuss with the HR or leave, you just won't get the experience letter but you can show the experience by payslips

My notice period was crazy...70% of my notice period i was just chillin and running around office ...it was fun...
Thats like a regular day. Most of work is done in 30% of time.

I did internship and saw the one of the most senior person in office retire and I saw his speech... he was the nicest guy (even to us, interns) but he suddenly changed in speech... he was so artificial and made up that we, interns who were excited about that started eating early and left the office

The only thing which was different from my notice period was the last exit.. on the very last day, truly speaking, I felt very sad that I am leaving many friends behind with whom I hanged out!! I have heard from many people that last day is really emotional until you leave the main gate!!
