Rupert Grint could've been the canon Ron Weasley if only the movies gave him that chance. He always said they both have similarities and he can relate to Ron so much.
He's a brilliant actor the movies unfortunately didn't give Ron any credit at all I mean if you read the books you'll see what an amazing character he is❤❤❤
The catch after Hermione gets freed makes me cry Ron was the one to rush and catch her and hold her up. Otherwise she would of collapsed. Also the torture scene had to be short otherwise it would have been R rated
Ron was a true hero in that moment. I do wish the movies had done justice to the books and kept his screaming and struggling in that whole scene. Rupert could have delivered that splendidly, I'm sure.

It's been a long time since I've seen a vid that captured Romione's story this well. The movies will always miss some essential scenes and details that make Romione the amazing ship that it is, so any vid that strictly includes the movies will always miss part of that magic. Which is why this vid is so freaking brilliant. I love how you used the audiobooks and fanart to create a more true version of their story and dynamic, and how you mixed that with clips from the movies. THIS is what Romione's story truly looks like. And of course, your editing is incredible as always, but of that I had no doubt when I clicked on this vid. I think anyone who says Hermione liked Harry has never been friends with a boy or never been a teenager. How can you think that true love is calm and with out conflicts? Especially when you're young? Hermione was always more relaxed with Harry because she wasn't jealous or worried about what he thought of her as a girl, unlike Ron, who she had a crush on. Hermione was convincing herself that she didn't like Ron because she watched girls at her age how they act when they liked a boy, and Hermione sees it as weakness. How many girls are there in real life who suppress their "girly" side in their teenage years, just because the patriarchy environment tells them that girly qualities are weak? Hermione would rather die than admit to herself that she is a normal girl too. Therefore, she does everything so that Ron does not notice that she is in love with him. For a while, she thinks that she is doing it successful, but instead, love grows in her more and more. Plus let's add that Hermione is a very logical person. She tries to find logic even in MAGIC. She once told Ron he lacks emotional intelligence, but I think it's Hermione who lacks it. She even tried to rationalize her feelings. It didn't make sense to her why she should like a boy who doesn't suddenly admire her and don't obediently agrees with her in everything. Over time, she realized that feelings are not rational, and her emotional intelligence and empathy increses. She accepted her "feminine" side and surrendered to her feelings. This is very common story of every girl who thinks of herself like "not like other girl". It's internalized misogyny what many many girls needs to overcome

One of my favorite romione scenes is in the books. When I first watched the movie I was furious they left it out. It's in Half Blood Prince. Harry Ron and Hermione are in herbology and Hermione and Ron are having a heated discussion about slughorns Christmas party and who there gonna take, then when Hermione says "I WAS GONNA TAKE YOU BUT SINCE YOU THINK IM BETTER WITH (I'm not sure exactly who she siad I think it was Cormac) CORMAC THEN ILL TAKE HIM INSTEAD, WOULD YOU LIKE THAT RON?"and then Ron says, "no, I'd love to go with you" with no anger in his voice. And then it switches to Harry's thoughts and he thinks About what it would be like if they actually started dating. It's such and underrated scene and I wish more people talked about it.

I’m sure the hackers have figured out how to disguise a machine that’s in America, but nope, I’m not tackling that one, not my thing. Since you used the Stephen Fry version I kinda assumed wrong that you might be a Brit even not knowing where else that version is available. It’s really cool you knew someone that could get the them for you! There are a multitude of Harry Potter videos out there. Yours are the first ones I’ve seen where the person included audio from the books. Doing that just made the vid so much better, especially since it’s about Ron!
Right. That's understandable. :) Well, thankfully I have access to the UK editions from Audible France. So I managed to buy them legally and then my sister did the magic so that I could use them in editing. Thank you for being so sweet ! It feels to good to have my efforts recognized. :)
Sure ! I use Vegas Pro. Just so you know, it's on the pricey side. I bought it legally, but there are ways to get around that. TH-cam has a couple tutorials about it. It's a really good editing software, but it can get on your nerves a lot of the time because it tends to crash a lot, depending on how powerful your computer is.

Ron protect her and comfort her more and more through series. The movies don't show beautiful details. Loved this! Kinda wanna re-read from the beginning. It's been a long time as well as watching the movies. As always you capture the greatest moments and I'm gonna have to watch a bunch more times. Also must add loved the transition with the song lyrics and the audio. "All's fair in love and war" I remember getting so excited when they finally got together in the books.

I haven't read in a while. I need to get back into it. I started the Magicians books. I really like fantasy era. Some series I read besides HP were the Sookie Stackhouse novels (the series true blood was based on) first four books of Outlander (also now a show) and half of the Dark Tower series. I think they're making that into a TV series. How nearly come everything I read becomes a TV series/movie or is already one?

I think they're very useful to listen to Quidditch Matches. I think it's also fantastic to listen to Dumbledore's quotes or Harry's thoughts or Hermione and Ron being a great couple which I can tell from what they're saying.
Amazing video. I loved their love story because it wasn't perfect. It was teenage romance with heartbreak and jealousy. But in the end they loved each other. And due to the fact that the movies did Ron dirty (And obviously movies can't go into too much detail), You did an incredible job incorporating the moments from the books. I think one thing the movies did wrong was downplay how much agony Ron was feeling while Bellatrix tortured Hermione. Instead of just saying, "we have to do something!" they should have had him screaming out for her like in the books.
Oh my gosh, yes! I'm so bitter about the Malfoy Manor segment!! Rupert would have been amazing, had they adapted the scene right and given him more material to work with.

I think anyone who says Hermione liked Harry has never been friends with a boy or never been a teenager. How can you think that true love is calm and with out conflicts? Especially when you're young? Hermione was always more relaxed with Harry because she wasn't jealous or worried about what he thought of her as a girl, unlike Ron, who she had a crush on. Hermione was convincing herself that she didn't like Ron because she watched girls at her age how they act when they liked a boy, and Hermione sees it as weakness. How many girls are there in real life who suppress their "girly" side in their teenage years, just because the patriarchy environment tells them that girly qualities are weak? Hermione would rather die than admit to herself that she is a normal girl too. Therefore, she does everything so that Ron does not notice that she is in love with him. For a while, she thinks that she is doing it successful, but instead, love grows in her more and more.
Plus let's add that Hermione is a very logical person. She tries to find logic even in MAGIC. She once told Ron he lacks emotional intelligence, but I think it's Hermione who lacks it. She even tried to rationalize her feelings. It didn't make sense to her why she should like a boy who doesn't suddenly admire her and don't obediently agrees with her in everything.
Over time, she realized that feelings are not rational, and her emotional intelligence and empathy increses. She accepted her "feminine" side and surrendered to her feelings. This is very common story of every girl who thinks of herself like "not like other girl". It's internalized misogyny what many many girls needs to overcome
This was hands down the best representation of them I’ve ever seen the book quotes brought them so much more to life

One of my favorite romione scenes is in the books. When I first watched the movie I was furious they left it out. It's in Half Blood Prince. Harry Ron and Hermione are in herbology and Hermione and Ron are having a heated discussion about slughorns Christmas party and who there gonna take, then when Hermione says "I WAS GONNA TAKE YOU BUT SINCE YOU THINK IM BETTER WITH (I'm not sure exactly who she siad I think it was Cormac)
CORMAC THEN ILL TAKE HIM INSTEAD, WOULD YOU LIKE THAT RON?"and then Ron says, "no, I'd love to go with you" with no anger in his voice. And then it switches to Harry's thoughts and he thinks About what it would be like if they actually started dating. It's such and underrated scene and I wish more people talked about it.

There are a multitude of Harry Potter videos out there. Yours are the first ones I’ve seen where the person included audio from the books. Doing that just made the vid so much better, especially since it’s about Ron!

Sure ! I use Vegas Pro. Just so you know, it's on the pricey side. I bought it legally, but there are ways to get around that. TH-cam has a couple tutorials about it.
It's a really good editing software, but it can get on your nerves a lot of the time because it tends to crash a lot, depending on how powerful your computer is.
this is so beautiful that i want to write a pharagraph about it! Ron and Hermione were always together when Harry not with them, Hermione always met Ron before Harry came. Ron protect her and comfort her more and more through series. The movies don't show beautiful details. This video is very well made of that i wanna read all those books again and sink into this wonderful story

Loved this! Kinda wanna re-read from the beginning. It's been a long time as well as watching the movies. As always you capture the greatest moments and I'm gonna have to watch a bunch more times. Also must add loved the transition with the song lyrics and the audio. "All's fair in love and war" I remember getting so excited when they finally got together in the books.

I haven't read in a while. I need to get back into it. I started the Magicians books. I really like fantasy era. Some series I read besides HP were the Sookie Stackhouse novels (the series true blood was based on) first four books of Outlander (also now a show) and half of the Dark Tower series. I think they're making that into a TV series. How nearly come everything I read becomes a TV series/movie or is already one?

Amazing video. I loved their love story because it wasn't perfect. It was teenage romance with heartbreak and jealousy. But in the end they loved each other. And due to the fact that the movies did Ron dirty (And obviously movies can't go into too much detail), You did an incredible job incorporating the moments from the books. I think one thing the movies did wrong was downplay how much agony Ron was feeling while Bellatrix tortured Hermione. Instead of just saying, "we have to do something!" they should have had him screaming out for her like in the books.
Oh my gosh, yes! I'm so bitter about the Malfoy Manor segment!! Rupert would have been amazing, had they adapted the scene right and given him more material to work with.
@@EditsByLyra Definitely. He showed what he could do when Ron was cursed by the Horcrux and told Harry he had no family and left. Rupert could have brought that same kind of intensity in the Malfoy Manor scene.
