This might be a dumb question but when you charge it. Do you leave the key turned off? Or key in the ignition and off. I'm having a hard time charging mine. Please and thanks. Any advice would help

Trouble shooting safety reverse switch !does amyone know or have alerady used a replacement switch ?

Why doesn't it lift automatically? Instead of manually pulling up and down on the handle?
