As per your suggestion I prepared lime skin thokku but it's extremely kasappu. how to lower the bitter taste?
You have to blanch it before grinding.Remove inner white portion and use yellow portion alone.
Mam while grinding idly batter what is the reason to grind black gram first and secondly rice. Pls reply I used to grind rice first.
