【KOF MUGEN】Alter Kyo Update, Again?!

Alter Kyo conveniently got an update the same time someone made a request so eyyyy-
TLDR Screen shake and flash got reduced so your eyes won't burn and flame armor was too OP so it is on cool down (indicated by white bar on the left) and is a regular counter when on cool down.
