The reason why OnePlus exported more quickly than iPhone is because of high RAM, it was able to write data quickly (as RAM is a faster temporary device than ROM), but for iPhone, it has less RAM, so it had to write certain data, then write it to ROM, and so on...

My father love Iphones too much although I don't love Iphones, I always prefer android devices and using OnePlus 6T. My father have iphone XR 3gb version. I am surprised that how much fast is this than my OnePlus 6T 8gb ram. When my father stay at home on Sunday, I take XR and play pubg in that. I feel more smoothness in iphone XR than my OnePlus 6T.
It's because of the perfect hardware and software combination. IOS requires less ram in processing than other Android devices. And A12 bionic cheapest in iPhone XR is obviously more faster than Snapdragon 845 in OnePlus 6T.

How fast a phone can open an app doesn’t depend on ram. Ram comes in play when multitasking and reloading app. Moreover optimization is the ultimate matter.

While opening PUBG on iphone, the app was already used so the in game files were already installed but while opening PUBG on OnePlus, the app was never opened before so it was downloading the in-game files which would obviously take time. But still there was hardly 1 sec difference which is way good.

Every phone has its UI and built-in animation scales.
The time scale is different from stock android or customised android to IOS.
It doesn't count as a speed it is more related to user experience.
Btw you can turn off all the animation from developer mode in android. It doesn't make sense certainly it makes OS more robust and lacks in aesthetics.

Software and hardware sync is the most important to get more performance. Not ram high range. So android is a open source software. That because not sure to sync the software to hardware perfectly. But ios is not a open source software and it's have perfect(more than android) sync with hardware.
