- هذا الأسبوع، بودكاست جديد وقصة نجاح جديدة من لبنان إلى فرنسا فالعالم. هي قصة الشيف آلان الجعم، ابن طرابلس الذي تحدّى الظروف وآمن بحلمه وحارب من أجل تحقيقة. يروي حكاية النجاح وتفاصيلها في هذه الحلقة ويشارك تجربته مع المشاهد، ليأخذ عبرةً للأيام.

Je suis ravis et heureux de savoir que ce chef libanais ai eu son étoile Michelin, mais rendant à César ce qui lui revient, impossible pour lui d’avoir cette étoile sans son chef pâtissier français talentueux son équipe équipe française véritables héros et il sait très bien de qui je parles, en plus cette année de l’obtention de l’étoile Michelin, on a donné plusieurs étoiles à des restaurants étrangers en France pour faire politiquement correcte vis à vis de ces restaurants, il y a plusieurs chefs libanais en France qui exercent dans des restaurants français comme le Chef Fadi Frem pour ne citer que lui avec une culture culinaire un savoir faire et des techniques prouvées et maîtrisées, faire pleurer dans les chaumières stop avec cette légende qui prétend qu’il a dormi ds la rue… il y une multitude de chef libanais tellement talentueux et surtout humbles et qui font des miracles en france, son parcour est fait de multiples faillites mème en france, d’employés qui bossent au noire bref les pleurnicheries et les histoires de cosette à la Misérable et la fausse modestie stop, et malgré tout j’espère qu’il réussira définitivement !
P.S merci à son équipe française actuelle et passés qui a mis en valeur les saveurs et les produits libanais !

للابتعاد عن العنصريه وكان لديه مشاكل في الاقامه عندما دخل الى فرنسا.
لكي تنجح في بعض الاعمال التي لها علاقة واحتكاك مع الاجنبي وخصوصا في اوروبا،
اسمك يلعب دور كبير في القبول او الرفض، لان اغلب الوظائف ينظر فيها الى السيرة الذاتيه التي موجود فيها اسمك العربي. وبالرغم من ذلك تبقى العنصريه. بالرغم من ان فرنسا تحب اللبنانيين.
فهم آلان للذوق الفرنسي ودخوله بعد ذلك الى المطعم اللبناني سوف يجعل منه اسم كبير لدى الفرنسيين والاجانب اكثر من العرب، لان الطبقة المستهدفه بالنسبة له هم الفرنسيين بالدرجة الاولى. ولكنه يسعى إلى فتح مطاعم خاصه بالذوق اللبناني.
Keep your religiosity to yourself please! he is a man and he can decide for himself what he and how he would like to be called. It's called personal choice and personal freedom! what he needs is love and support and not your bias and judgement! so backoff. fullstop.
