Great little trunk. I really like the foreclosure videos. Makes me realize what a load of stuff I have accumulated and at almost 78 time to do a good cleanout. Hard to do. My daughter and her husband did a haul a couple months ago. I had squatters in my home and they left a ton of crap behind. It took months to get them out of my home, they had initially just been a woman and her boyfriend, then three more moved in. And I found out I could not do much because I am in county so local police would not even do a drive by without paper work. But all that is over now and I am back at home again, loving it. Little Arlo is such a sweety. Loving his new dishes and food. That is what I feed Eddie otherwise he has massive runs. He is my sweet kitty, found by my daughter and son in law when they went to put their little boat in the water. He was maybe five weeks old. We think his mom was a feral and had moved his siblings and he got left behind.
I can't wait until i get my box truck next to get started and you is the one that have inspired me to go forward with it .l already have a small cleaning services and this will help me even more so i can finally leave my warehouse job i have been working so hard since i was 17 and now I'm 52 time for a change again thanks for sharing your videos and Merry Xmas to you and family 😊

Assuming there's nothing wrong with it and it doesn't smell badly, you should get $150 - $200 for the MCM china cabinet. I have refinished ones of a similar style, but a bit wider and they sold for $500-ish, but again, they were fully restored. Good grab.

Great find and the table looks awesome with the wood shine, brings out the grain in the wood for sure! I never got into wood cabnets or furniture....You have to be on your A game solely because of all the replica's that float around these days....The most popular are those wood items that ppl paint antique green and then sand lightly in order to give it the antique authentic patina and i even seen ppl try to sell wood wall shelves or magazine racks saying it was made from reclaimed lumber when in reality it was built using the wood from wood pallets...You definitely got the eye! Like i mentioned before, whatever it does sell for its profit just because you paid nothing.."Free is Better for sure!"..Your ahead of the ball game aready, your in it for zero dollars!ww....Most of the time its called buy & sell......Hey aka claimless one, what would you call it, CLAIMED & sell or road side or the drive by snatch & sell? hahaha Yewwwww lol

Nice vintage china hutch...would look good in your kitchen at the wall by the sliding glass doors along with a small drop leaf vintage table and chairs ..Sammie has the right idea...and as the old saying goes one man or woman's trash is another man or woman's treasure...might not sale right away but there is always someone out there looking for just the right piece ...I could easily become a hoarder with all the furniture you guys come across...lol....some of it a little sanding, staining and polyurethane or even some distressing could make it more valuable
It amazes me people would rather allow their homes to be foreclosed rather than sell their homes. People leave valuable belongings or expensive stuff they bought. But its sad when you visit or walk in a foreclosed home. I've been in several and sometimes its heartbreaking.
Selling furniture and stuff very good, learn to fix stoves washers dryers, the stoves are so easy to fix you need a multimeter easy money p.s. that lady from KUWAIT SO NICE .nice people all over the world.

Yet there was HUGE stacks of dog crap and holes in the yard from a dog, and to beat all, they left a cat to starve, locked in the basement... Found the little fella, and we was like F this house... 1st priority went to finding the cat a new home which we did that same day... 2 days later we all went back and cleaned the house out... There was a bunch of keep life that I could have made a lot of money on but I was just using a small car and had no room in it at the time so I had to throw everything out,,,
