    Naiinggit ako sa mga payat na hirap magpataba. Kasi ako mataba hirap magpapayat. Pero narealize ko parehas lang tayong nags-struggle.. sana ung mga gusto tumaba at magkalaman makuha nyo sana ung preferred body weight and size nyo 😊

      Try nyo po mag exercise every morning yung pagpapawisan po kayo kahit dance steps lang po hehe for 1 month everyday nyo po gawin.

    Sobrang down na down na ko, naiiyak ako at nalulungkot everytime na nakikita ko sarili ko sa salamin. Minsan yung iba pagkakatuwaan ka pa sa body type mo, like magkakain ka, isang ihip ka nalang, at ang payat mo talaga, like tingina lang, nakakainis. Di man lang nila iniisip nararamdaman mo kase wala sila sa ganong sitwasyon.

    10 years of being so thin, palagi nalang ako nasasabihan na magpataba naman daw ako. Then, nagka.interest ako magpataba and now, here I am watching all vlogs pertaining to gain weight hahaha..... Sana naman by end of this year ma achieve kona talaga🙏🙏🙏

    Madalas po akong kumain ng limang beses (1+2+2) kada isang araw. Dati po akong Underweight, noong January 2021 naging Healthy Weight po ako.

    Ate gustong gusto ko na po talaga tumaba 20 years nako, payat parin. Nag exercise naman po ako lagi every morning pero wala parin pinagbago. Parang ayoko nalang tuloy kumain, wala rin naman nangyayari eh. Last year ko pa po napanood video nyo and sobrang na inspired ako, sana tumaba na ako para wala ng masabi sa akin. 😔
