I loooove the colors you chose for the Maj sweater! The cobalt blue is such a fun pop of color, but the beige still makes it a nice neutral piece. I also love that you sized up to get the relaxed fit - it looks great!!
I also bought from Lanar and was surprised by the excellent quality. they have a lot of unique mixes and the store is really central - it's convenient. Love your choice of color 💙 Waiting for the next videos 💛
Your no frills sweater is soooo beautiful! I recently bought a similar tweedy yarn, and have the same plan with it as you. But I still need to get some mohair for it.
Can't recommend the no frills sweater enough as a pattern 😍 it was my first sweater and I still wear it all the time. I made a navy one last year which I practically live in
Have you peeked at the Strange Brew pattern collection from TinCanKnits? It's a "choose-your-own-adventure" with knitting a colorwork sweater. There's so many different options on construction, waist shaping, and yarn weights. It's my absolute favorite!
Awww I bought balls from Lanar too! They have a very pretty shop. Their cashmere is the same yarn and colorways (also same price) of cardiff cashmere classic because I bought the first balls of my project from Lanar and then got yarn chicken but fixed the problem by buying cardiff...
Lanar is a beautiful shop - it always feels special to choose a few balls from there. So interesting to hear the colours of Cardiff are exactly the same. I think they must be from the same producer. Both lovely!
Thank you for watching! Cashmere is quite pricey here with the Lanar at 14.25 euros and the fluffy cashmere blend from Norli at 11.50. However, I wanted to try the Norli yarn as it seemed a decent price considering the steep cost of fancier mohair these days. Very excited to see how it knits up!
Hi would you be able to tell me the shades you used for the may sweater please in the Lima, kid silk and alpaca silk and how many balls of each you used for the size you knit? I see there are a couple of blue and beige shades so I wasn’t sure.Love your knits
Hello! I used Lima in Beige (0619) and Navy (9016) with Alpaca Silk in Beige (05) and Kid Silk in Navy (28) - all Drops. I didn't hold the Kid Silk double despite the size difference with the Alpaca Silk and I had no problem with gauge difference between the two. Thank you for watching! I hope this helps - do let me know if you have any other questions :)
Do you have a pattern for the sweater that you are wearing at 11:49 in the video? I want to make the one you feature in this video and hopefully the light grey colorwork sweater.
What a delightful episode love all your knits and information how wonderful to go to Copenhagen my dream city to visit
Thank you so much for watching! Copenhagen was so beautiful - I'm making a video about my trip now :)
Always lovely to see what you’re up to. And I love the mix of the tweedy yarn and mohair!
Thank you! 😊Loving this combo so far.

Thank you! I'm so pleased with the fit considering the bottom up construction - sizing up was the way to go.
Oooh I just love the look of this Norli fluffy cashmere ! 😍I picture the cumulus blouse with it, it would be so soft and light
This is also an awesome suggestion! I will be sure to update you on how it knits up. The price wasn't too bad with considering the quality.

Lanar is such a perfect shop! I can't wait to use up some of my stash and have the excuse to go back again. :)
I prefer lighter knits with smaller needles too! It makes the pleasure last longer. 😂
Yes! They are so good - I can't stop making them.

It’s a lovely, simple pattern - a real joy to knit with the right yarn. I hope you love it if you make it! 🧶❤️

Oh this makes me so excited to finish mine! It is such a satisfying pattern so far.

Lovely. Curious whether cashmere yarns are cheaper in Europe. Here in Cananda it is very pricey. Lovely sweaters and I really love the color work

Did you hold the kid silk double? I think it’s lace weight so it’s different to the alpaca silk that you used in the may sweater. Thanks
OMG WE HAVE THE SAME NAME

Hello! The light grey and brown sweater is called the Holly Sweater - it's by the same designer, Hanne Rimmen. Both are beautiful patterns :)
Thank you. Your videos are inspiring. I'm excited to cast on that sweater@@OrsaMakes
