Dude, there's multiple showers for the joke, they're just the two on screen, they're not all written for the other. The thing is they do a bit, usually once per season, where they wore for each other, Michael actively wants to wrote race jokes for Colin because he know it makes him uncomfortable, night her him in trouble & likes messing with people

Colin writes some self deprecating jokes along the longs of Michael being bad at sex or something, and Michael tries to get Colin cancelled by making him read racist jokes live on air that he’s never seen before

When you see the white guy, Collin, making racist jokes, it's because for the final episode of each season the two hosts write each other's jokes. The first time they're seeing them is when they read off the teleprompter live on air. So Michael, the other host, usually writes racist jokes for Collin to say.

The U.S. uses -ise or -ize depending on the origin of the root word. -ize if it is Latin in origin. -ise if it is French, Germanic, or Greek in origin.
This entire premise is they write eachothers jokes and don’t tell them and then then read it live off a teleprompter. That’s why you sometimes get cuts if the other one after the joke with that smirk on their face.
