The Edifier sounds fantastic! To me, the Soundpeats is muddy and over emphasizes the bass, the treble is recessed. The Tangmai sucks, it sounds like a tin can...or AM radio. Thank you so much for this video. For me, Edifier TWS 1 pro all the way.

@Flame attack actually they malfunction, the right earbud stop functioning after 1 week. Because it was an international purchase. Soundpeats refund the whole money. I'll stick to my Earfun Free Pro. This is the proper sound review. For me Edifier is the clearer of all. I have Edifier tws5, JBL reflect flow and sonic soundpeats. JBL>Edifier by just a little, Edifier>Sonic. You can really tell the difference by listening to a music that are performed by a band and not by any electronic mixers(not sure for how to call it :D). Well, this just my personal preference. :D
This! MUCH prefer traditional instruments when assessing earbuds - snares, hi hats, cymbals, kicks, basses, guitars etc etc etc. Synthesized sounds have no natural reference.
In my ears, Edifier's highs are crispy, I like the open sound of Soundpeats, and also the bass of Marshall. I'm not an audiophile, so I can't really express the sound.
Amazing sound stage on edifier. And a bit of imaging. I love the clarity. Nice clear and crisp with the right amount of bass. The Marshall sounded so gorgeous and premium. Soundpeats sounds warmer and put a lot of power to the music, the vocals is a bit forward making a wider sound stage.

@@blaser80 maybe cuz they r playin it on their tws. The result are quite different when played on TWS/earphone/headphone. I've tried it on my tws, earphone, bluetooth earphone and it is different hahah. Each tws has its own tuning. Thats why i am using my computer speakers. Just a decent 220V~AC speakers that cost around $50. I think this way is more accurate cuz there is no tuning on my computer speakers (neutral). But still the best way to compare is trying the real thing. And ofc everyone has its own preference too. (bass head, etc)
Marshal has impeccable imaging. Edifier is muffled it seems with no imaging but decent soundstage. Soundpeats has forward highs and little recessed mids. Marshal hands down.
I am the only one who notice that Sonic has a descentrated sound? i've changed my headphones but still i hear that the sound is more in the right than in left side (not in the centre)

Finally got the Edifiers for the fun of it. They can be EQd to soften the huge treble down to a nice clean airy sharpness. Bass thickness can also be improved without affecting mids. Really quality sound for the price. Biggest problem is they aren't vented - you get that suction feeling in your ears and narrower soundstage. Guess that's the price for superior isolation sans ANC
Yea the suction feeling is shit but using the small ear grips inproves the sound and comfort by alot btw how did you lower the trebel and increase te bass for me bass is the biggest issue its too low for my taste

There is some distortion in your recording at about 13:00. For the best technical detail Tangmai. Soundpeats for best voice. Good overall Edifier. To knit pick, you could time the space between the switch of earphones more evenly and use the same sound clip for each.
Listening this on my Soundpeats Sonic!! no regret buying this.. Edifier slightly better in sound.. but Sonic is all rounder tws winner, include gaming mode, mic quality, stable connection, and boomy subwoofer for dolby listening, wide sound staging/imaging and insanely great battery life (15hour on earbuds not including battery case which is total: 35hr).. best for grab/uber driver, edifier calling mic not great as soundpeats sonic though.

I am listening to these on my SoundPEATS Truengine 3se and I have to say... I give it to my truengine 3 se cause I could hear the difference in all of these. The wired ones did sound the best consistently. All sounded good in there own right though!
Soundpeats is the best TWS overall, best balance of all frequencies, sounds natural though easily enhanced by EQ. And that soundstage is amazing, better than wired. Edifier has great clarity but it's an unnatural 3k or so treble push not amenable to higher volumes without EQ restraint. Plus a lot of low end is just gone. Overall though, clearly wireless has come far. No question it's all down to taste, not state of tech.
This test only convinced me of something : the best earphones are the one in my ears 😝 I have the linklike classic 2 with quad-dynamic drivers, for only 30 dollars!
Your sentiment follows the right logic I would think, however there's literally 0 chance that IEM's that cannot seal will ever sound better than IEM's that do create a seal. Apple buds are a good example of this, the og buds (circle ones) had third party attachments that made them proper in-ears, you'd be blown away by the difference it made. That might actually be a neat thing to try, see if you can find some silicon tips/adapter for those classics and they might sound even better. Side note; how tf can you buy a quad driver IEM for $30??? Never thought I'd see that.

I wanted that, because I always had bad experience with in-ear due to the seal. So how do they compare with my open-style linklike? Well they are surely better. It's definitely an upgrade, especially in the bass and the clarity. Now, do the linklikes sound like shit when I go back to them? Absolutely not. They still sound great, and I'm impressed by how well they deliver in the vocals. For some songs, they are even better than the blon, but it's rare. So I think that it's possible to achieve good audio quality with non-sealing iems, but it's just harder. And yes, you can have quad-drivers for 30 bucks 😁😁

Not counting the Marshal. Sonics have loud and bassy sound. Edifier have clear and cleaner sound. The others sound muffled and drown. Edifier is more like the Marshal. Still can't decide which of those two is the best.
It always defends on the drivers and how they tuned. But Wired earbuds are transmit analog signals which in turns more bitrates so they are produce much more sound details. But thats only applicable if you listen to lossless file format.
I was in between the edifiers and the soundpeats, but I listened again with a larger speaker, and it was a whole different story Marshall and Edifier are the real contenders
although I have the edifier pro, I still feel like their treble is too high and when I listen to higher levels of music, it just overpowers and hurts my ears. moral of the story: don't play too high levels of music. also the anc function is not togglable :)
seems like the majority ppl love the clarity aka the emphasis on the treble, lack of mids, lack of mid-bass, lack of sub-bass, just ok soundstage on edifier tws1 pro, but after owning it for 2 months, I can say that I'm not comfortable using more than 20 min, for me, the high freq too harsh like a needle sticking my ears and it hurts a lot, then I sold my tws1 pro for more mid, more mid-bass, more sub-bass, more soundstage, and the right amount of treble on the soundpeats sonic, never get tired of it and make listening music and watching all movie genre experience more fun with these.
you should definitely listen from a high end headphones before you decide. But this is the absolute comparison and test on earbuds. Thank you Bro best test for earbuds. We don't need opinions everybody has different taste on music, you give them what they can get.

Wired is far superior, but not the Marshall wired. Put a true high quality wired IEM against the best wireless and it's not even a contest.

Any TWS didn't seemed right for this kind of videos imo. Tried it with two TWS pairs but I felt that most true to life was listening on my my SHP9500.

The airpods pro 2 had waaaaay too much bass and a completely unbalanced sound for me. There was no medium whatsoever, and the highs were so tiny...
@@kaledotzler7143 Since I wrote my comments, I wanted to try real in-ears IEM. I bought the blon bl-03, because they seemed to not seal as much as the other in-ears. I wanted that, because I always had bad experience with in-ear due to the seal.
So how do they compare with my open-style linklike? Well they are surely better. It's definitely an upgrade, especially in the bass and the clarity.
Now, do the linklikes sound like shit when I go back to them? Absolutely not. They still sound great, and I'm impressed by how well they deliver in the vocals.
For some songs, they are even better than the blon, but it's rare.
So I think that it's possible to achieve good audio quality with non-sealing iems, but it's just harder.
And yes, you can have quad-drivers for 30 bucks 😁😁

edifier got the clearer sound especially vocals abd high part, but for me soundpeats is more balance and has the most impressive bass, so ill go for soundpeats coz im more into bass genre, rnb, rap,

Not counting the Marshal. Sonics have loud and bassy sound. Edifier have clear and cleaner sound. The others sound muffled and drown. Edifier is more like the Marshal. Still can't decide which of those two is the best.

It always defends on the drivers and how they tuned. But Wired earbuds are transmit analog signals which in turns more bitrates so they are produce much more sound details. But thats only applicable if you listen to lossless file format.
The Marshal sound the best in my opinion, they sound the closest to the original recording.
Edifier is the winner for sound . Soundpeats for soundstage.
I was in between the edifiers and the soundpeats, but I listened again with a larger speaker, and it was a whole different story

although I have the edifier pro, I still feel like their treble is too high and when I listen to higher levels of music, it just overpowers and hurts my ears. moral of the story: don't play too high levels of music. also the anc function is not togglable :)

seems like the majority ppl love the clarity aka the emphasis on the treble, lack of mids, lack of mid-bass, lack of sub-bass, just ok soundstage on edifier tws1 pro, but after owning it for 2 months, I can say that I'm not comfortable using more than 20 min, for me, the high freq too harsh like a needle sticking my ears and it hurts a lot, then I sold my tws1 pro for more mid, more mid-bass, more sub-bass, more soundstage, and the right amount of treble on the soundpeats sonic, never get tired of it and make listening music and watching all movie genre experience more fun with these.
