Loved loved loved this version of the plot. I could've watched 4+hrs of this drama. That family was thuggish 😂, especially the mom. She didn't mind setting anybody straight 😂. I loved the slow burn of the leads relationship, it's why I originally got hooked on K-Dramas. Once the ML was smitten it was no turning back. The end wasn't fast, just up tempo, but I'm not mad at it. With a happy ending...on to the next!!!
Fl family is very supportive. Loving ML and adorable kid. The cast of this drama is amazing and the story is a positive one. Thanks to the script writer to bring out a peaceful and positive story❤.

The mother is a whole perfect vibe ❤❤❤! Ready to throw hands whenever needed 😂😂. I loved this version...especially the ML. This is the second series that I've watched him act in and it's just something so sweet about his smile.

Very rarely seen such mother of FL who’s supportive and love her daughter so much that she goes and beat anyone who bullies her daughter! Though sometimes seem too brutal the way she just go and hit them, but they deserved it (But in majority of dramas, FL’s always have wicked stepmother). Her whole family, treated her like treasure is great to see. I love these back to 70s, 80s eras. Love feisty FLs in these dramas! Really worth watching! My question is, FL’s brother got 4 children. I only saw 2. Where’s the other 2??
Mommy bear is so protective of FL. The whole family spoiled FL to the limit. ML is also very protective. FL hit the golden pot😂!!!!It has been so long since I seen a loving family drama 😊😊😊. It reminds me of “My mother in law dote on me novel “ it was a good read
I really enjoy this acting company. Although the themes are similar, the stories take a lot of different twists and turns. The acting is top-notch, and I love the costumes.
I’m not sure how I feel about this. I feel they made the FL a Mary Sue. Majority of the characters catered to her and always took her side. She was always right. ML, mom, dad, and her brothers were there at every turn to save her. To me it’s a bit unrealistic. Also as annoying as the sister in law was , she was also mistreated by her own family and her mother in law who showed blatant favoritism to the FL. All in all, if the FL had some flaws or something, it would have made her a more likable character. Instead she was really annoying. Not saying she should be constantly tortured like in other dramas bc the other extreme is also bad. A nice balance of her being catered to, but also facing some challenges would have made it better. I did like the ML, but he was mostly reduced to saving the FL at every turn which got tedious and boring after awhile.
I totally agree sister in law is villainized here. But I found her brainless too. All the villainous orchestration was done by her mother. And, I can clearly say, since the period of drama is 1970s-1980s, at that time boys were preferred more which her mother clearly showed. Despite this, she wanted to ruin her current family. If she had a little brain, given the temperament of fl's mother, though she is rough and harsh, she still will be the greatest strength of sister in law which she failed to identity. This can be shown in the scene: when ML was being looked down by villagers, it was fl's family who were supportive of him (though initially, he was also beaten by fl's family. But ML still laughs like a fool). So, her ending is something she deserved. [It would have been interesting if sister in law could have learned some brains later in the drama. You know in majority of cases children in single parent families do suffer. So, for any person, I only wish them to have full family.] Oh another thing, fl's family was literally abusive. I agree on this, and thus we can't support this. Neither we can support their excessive pampering of fl as it can be seen that due to this, the original ending of fl's body's original owner was not good.

Ha! Her mom is a beast! When it comes to her baby girl she stands on business and will knock a heifer out! Everyone had equal opportunity of catching them hands. I usually see her play the evil mother or MIL role, so to see her as a loving mama bear is really great. This is my first time seeing this ML and like Cardi B sang...Oh he's so handsome what's his name? As for that not so cute daughter in law....man is she a hot mess. I pity the poor brother for getting stuck with that one. Mom's beatdowns of her and the crazy jealous cousin though are epic! This was a fun watch.
