I’m one of the few people who main Artist. On one hand I wish more people recognized how strong she is, but on the other, I kind of don’t want more people to play her because then she’ll inevitably get nerfed.

What do you mean? I’m confused? Time zone wise I belive ares is the same. If you are talking abt the game it’s because mish is on pc and can use filters to brighten dbd and make it easy to see. I’m on console so I can’t

I love how she's overplaying the "skill". Like artist is probably the least skill required killers lmao. Huntress and deathslinger take way more skill and their players don't get half the credit.
I don’t think anyone ever said artist was hard or skillful, she does take a little time to learn because you need to make educated guesses for actually good shots but in no way shape or form does she take as much skill as huntress, deathslinger, or most other killers as well. I’d say she’s much lower on the learning curve tier list out of the dbd killer roster. I say this as someone who also plays a mass amt of huntress as well and other killers. I just choose to main artist because I enjoy her power.

Artist takes skill. Not as much as Nurse or Huntress, but she isn’t a “turn your brain off” killer like Wraith or Legion. You need to aim the birds correctly and get the timing right. You need to have an understanding of where to place them on loops (yes, it matters. Some places almost guarantee a hit, while others allow survivors to easily avoid the birds). You also need to have an understanding of how to zone out survivors and guide them to where you want them to go using the birds.
