No sir this glass available readymade in various shades like blue and green. one side of the glass will be silvery. So car stickers may not work . This glass is used to control sun light in tall buildings. Thank you
This glass comes in 8 x 4 feet size and I got it from a glass retail shop who cut and gave me the desired size. I am sorry that I could not find an online link to get a desired size. If I find one I will let you know sir. Thank you

In amazon one way mirror film is available which can be stuck to plain glass or acrylic to get the same effect.
