Back in the early 00s, I was watching a rerun of "Armageddon at three AM with my sick father. Dad had just fallen asleep on the couch and as I watched him breathe this song came on. Even though this is a romantic song, I felt it was appropriate for that moment. His heart was failing and I often watched his breathing when he slept to make sure he was still with us. He died not long after that and this song always reminds me of him.
My healthy 36 year old husband was killed by hospital protocol and left me with three little kids, 3, 7, and 11. Once I found this song, it has become my anthem. I listen to it daily, all the time. It keeps me going and gives me the reminder I need. The Holy Spirit is ALL OVER this song. 💖🙌💖
Now this song is now a tribute to Bruce Willis, who is now retired his acting after he was diagnosed with a life threatening disease and is currently taken care by his family and close friends. Thank you, Mr. Willis for giving that and other movies like Die Hard so special. It's a touching scene but also a stupid move on Harry's part when he tears the mission patch off his arm and says "Give this to Truman". He didn't know how well that patch was sewn on his sleeve! He easily could have tore a hole in his suit, depressurized and then you get instantly dead Harry Stamper and AJ's has to set off the bomb anyway! 💣

The characters in this film were some of the funniest, well acted and well everything was so well put together, rockhound was my favourite. But good old michael Clarke Duncan had the best line, Yo Harry you the man 😃😃😍

This song reminds me of the many hours and days I spent sitting beside my girlfriend's hospital bed after her very bad car accident. Where a driver had cut off another vehicle causing that vehicle to hit her driver side front end. That sent her going across the median only to flip and then roll six times before coming to a stop down an embankment. She spent almost a year in the hospital in a medical induced coma because of swelling in her brain and numerous broken bones. The doctors gave her a 45% chance she would pull through with no effects of the wreck. Through countless prayers and holding her hand and telling her to fight her injuries and how much I loved her. And playing this song for her. She woke up one day to smile up at me as I stood there crying like a baby. She then said yes, I would love to marry you. After I had asked her the day before if she would be my wife. We danced to this song at our wedding. She came through her ordeal without any side effects from her wreck. Every now and then we will turn the lights down low and dance to this song.

It's January 11, 2022 already, and am still learning, and discovering. I am more focused on imaging the Moon. Thanks to this movie - the one that had a big impact on me. I'll never forget you.

The characters in this film were some of the funniest, well acted and well everything was so well put together, rockhound was my favourite. But good old michael Clarke Duncan had the best line, Yo Harry you the man 😃😃😍

This song reminds me of the many hours and days I spent sitting beside my girlfriend's hospital bed after her very bad car accident. Where a driver had cut off another vehicle causing that vehicle to hit her driver side front end. That sent her going across the median only to flip and then roll six times before coming to a stop down an embankment. She spent almost a year in the hospital in a medical induced coma because of swelling in her brain and numerous broken bones. The doctors gave her a 45% chance she would pull through with no effects of the wreck. Through countless prayers and holding her hand and telling her to fight her injuries and how much I loved her. And playing this song for her. She woke up one day to smile up at me as I stood there crying like a baby. She then said yes, I would love to marry you. After I had asked her the day before if she would be my wife. We danced to this song at our wedding. She came through her ordeal without any side effects from her wreck. Every now and then we will turn the lights down low and dance to this song.

(for me) This was the best movie of all time! I have first watched Armageddon when I was a 10-year-old, or 11-year-old girl I guess, I was in grade 5, or grade 6; year 2017, or 2018. This was also the movie that inspired me to love astronomy, and made me want to become an astronaut. Last 2020, I was 14yo: I started astrophotography. It's January 11, 2022 already, and am still learning, and discovering. I am more focused on imaging the Moon. Thanks to this movie - the one that had a big impact on me. I'll never forget you.
