This is probably the best thing that ever come out of reality dating tv show. This truly makes me believe in love again. I remembered so vividly of them when they first met on paradise and I knew they are meant to be together and was so confused and sad that back then that Jared couldn't see it. I wish them the best.

This is exactly why I love Kevin and Astrid together. Right after chris announces Ashley and Jared are there for a different reason, the first thing she does is look at Kevin to check how he’s feeling.

Ashley is a contradiction , she sounds flighty sometimes but she has to be one of the most intelligent people ever to be in the bachelor franchise . I don't see her as devious and am happy for her .
Idk why the comments here got people not vibing with Ashley and Jared. Real life and relationships ARE messy. No love stories are smooth and amazing even though their feelings for each other always have been. Jared always loved her as his best friend you know. People get all up in their heads and ruin relationships all the time and about Ashley when you meet someone you're just that sure of you're going to be really heartbroken to see it not working out at times like in those flashbacks.

Kevin is not a class act.. If he’s a class act he should not wait for BIP to be aired to say on national tv that Ashley cheated on him.. when Ashley and Jared was open about it in their Story of Us Video on that May of 2018 ( the story that Jared kissed her at the airport )
For me, Ashley and Jared is the most amazing couple ever - I love to read whatever I can put my hands on about them. Ashley looked like a real Princess on their wedding day - absolutely stunning. Congratulations, wishing you an amazing life together. 💞🌷💞
What I love about this is how they never gave up on Love ....... Ashley still pursued Jared .... Sometimes people just walk away too easily after breakups and let a real true love story go and they don't even know it

Don't think is fair to blame Jarad and Ashley over espodie they had no control over the show. Jared was told about Kevin the day before as one the cast. In facts he try talk production about it. Happy for them to recreate memories at place they first met. Congratulations! Blame production ! You know this show is they live on drama and twist tease for the show to shock the fans.
I'm happy to know they are finally engaged. After all the drama and here they are. They finally stepped up a new chapter in their lives.

I think Kevin really didn’t blame Ashley for the proposal his said it hurts like when Jared proposed right in front of him like he could’ve chose another place to propose. In the moment that Jared proposed to Ashley, Kevin was not into Astrid, so at the time he hasn’t moved on and she has. He said that Astrid got with Jared the day after they broke up which I would consider cheating. I mean I would be hurt af if I still loved my ex but she/he moved on. Like he loved her so much even tho they broke up but now he found Astrid so I’m happy for him and for Ashley and Jared

Then when he was on Bachelor in Paradise he changed his tunes.. calling Ashley a cheater.I used to like him but after listening to him in another podcast I lost my respect for him.. One of the phonies guy from the franchise

the producers did her really dirty in her edit even though it was wildly entertaining lol, there was just so much more happening beneath the surface, they kissed a couple of times, he was staying at her place a couple of times, he had real feelings for her but didn't want risk losing her if it didn't work out and they made her seem like it was completely one-sided...

ashley m watches this really small slice of Ashley and Jared's relationship, a slice that was made up of a few hours of selectively edited footage from a reality tv show meant to maximize drama, and then she thinks she has an actual understanding of a real, complex, deep relationship between two people she's never met that in real life actually unfolded over a period of several years. Wow. The delusion of some reality television viewers is truly unbelievable.
Sure, ashley m. Let's not trust the couple themselves or their friends and family who have all spoken about how Jared was in love with Ashley for years, but was terrified of losing her as his best friend if they tried to become more and it didn't work out so he pushed her away. And it wasn't until he saw her start to move on with Kevin that he realized he was going to lose her either way and he couldn't handle that so he finally admitted that she wasn't crazy and he really was in love with her. Yeah. I'm sure all that was a lie made up by Ashley, Jared, and all the people who actually know them. Really, we should be trusting the assessment of ashley m because she watched these two people on a few episodes of Bachelor in Paradise over two years ago. She's definitely the expert here. 🙄

Noticed after watching again, Kevin walks over to hug Ashley although he looked sick and hurt doing it. . I did not see him approach Jared because I think he knows exactly what Jared did. He is right that she did not have to go back so quickly to Jared. That was hurtful. She cried about Kevin too on Winter games so I know she liked him. I think he thought they were solid until Jared took interest once they were together and she was happy with Kevin and they were both into each other. He gave up Bibiana to date her. Then we all know she had been a virgin and this was her 1st serious love interest after Jared and it was revealed she was no longer a virgin. So I guess they were an intimate couple which develops a intense bond not only for the female but also for a male especially when he is invested and cares about the girl he is with. This makes it extra traumatic when you break up after intimacy because you are so vulnerable and exposed after sharing that bond. I wish she had stayed with Kevin and given herself time to realize Jared had his chance for years to chose her, but I think being so invested in Jared for so long, she too quickly let go of the real relationship she had going with Kevin. If Jared truly loved her then he could have done the waiting like she had done. If she was meant to be with Kevin who obviously had serious feelings for her, then he should have stepped aside and accepted it. I saw “the story of us” and he still had a difficult time expressing his emotions about her. He had no problem letting her know for years he was pursuing other girls until she finally met a very handsome, interesting caring guy. They are 2 very different looking guys. Kevin is much bigger and more athletic looking and more glamorous in my opinion. Jared is cute but I did not see him as competition. And Kevin is the more mature serious caring man of the 2 while Jared is still like a young college guy. I think that is why he suddenly wanted her once he saw her with Kevin. I think Kevin has a tender side and obviously he was embarrassed and hurt, by Ashley taking Jared back. I would have told Ashley you have a great guy who adores you, as opposed to one you liked for years but did not reciprocate until he sees you with an incredible man. Don’t make the mistake of dumping Kevin for Jared. Give yourself a year. Concentrate on you and Kevin, and then if it truly does not work, andJared is still there, you can consider him. I would have not taken Jared back, because I would have been too interested in the wonderful guy that is Kevin. I would not want to be the prize in a competition in Jared’s mind. Ashley was all his until Kevin, but then she no longer obsessed over him. I think he immaturely missed that she was always in the wings. Be interesting to watch this relationship to see over time if it will be able to grow and develop. I want a guy that can be is mature & can be vulnerable with me, as well as strong and confident about us, To me that is Kevin. I often wonder why they don’t have relationship therapists for people to advise and help them see things more clearly. I think it would end up helping people make better decisions. It probably seems romantic to Ashley because she has romanticized things concerning Jared.

Ashley and Jared worked through things through a very close friendship. She chose to stay with Kevin until the relationship ran its course. Jared admitted to having feelings for Ashley very early in their friendship, but was afraid to move beyond friendship due to insecurities and fear of losing their close friendship. Everyone has their own journey. They seem very happy.
