Sorry man but Tiamut "the Dreaming Celestial" is the strongest of this list and probably one of the most powerful entities of all Marvel Comics. After his encounter with his "superior", the Fulcrum (probably alias Jack Kirby), he literally evolves in something new and becomes an "individual" like the Fulcrum himself. He is literally quite like Lucifer of DC Comics, becoming a sort of "God" like The Fulcrum/One Above All by questioning their supreme/absolute orders and judgements. The concept of Tiamut is one of the most epic in the comic so I suggest to read it carefully. Also, the Phoenix (not a Celestial but an Entity/Primal Force) is the second strongest character of this list, after the Dreaming Celestial. Her feats and status are way beyond the one of the common Celestials. Last thing, Ego is overrated here. P.s. it's really a shame Tiamut has been treated like this in the MCU... the strongest and most interesting one killed like this...

Exitar the Executioner should be the most powerful but his purpose seems more a "Break glass in case of judgement day" type of situation, IE he only get involved when the Celestrial host decide to *Release* him, he is also by far the physical largest Celestrial known to excist

The phoenix force is a force just like omega force from dc, it serves a purpose to the universe but in terms of intelligence and consciousness it is just like a natural disaster.

Exactly, but as we saw the TVA had all alternate timelines under control, non existent. So assuming a celestial did something wrong, (it has definitely happened before) what would they do? Or more as what did they do since it has definitely happened.
