Yohane looks so pretty, that outfit is absolutely amazing, AHHHHHHH. I can't believe that was Lailaps' secret, her being able to talk and be understood by Yohane because she inserted part of her own essence into Lailaps. They ended up being connected spiritually due to magic Yohane happened to be able to cast, that's so crazy. This song is so good though, you can really hear the melancholy and emotion of how even if Lailaps and Yohane won't be connected magically and spritiually anymore, they will still be 2 sides of the same coin. They make each other whole and can't be seperated in the slightest. Still wonder what the symbolism of Lailaps not having a reflection means though.
I kind of have 2 thought on that 1. sense Lailaps cant "speak" anymore cause of the lost of Yohane half of power she missing that part of her reflection of who she is, physically she is the same Lailaps we come to love but something is missing/off. and the other that is my fave theory 2. this is Lailaps! the world, the song, it all her being the other half of Yohane in a mirror sense. If we think Far Far Away is Yohane song for starting her journey then this one is Lailaps giving her full support like she never could in the past. Yohane always had the duality of Yoshiko having the higher cute voice and Yohane with the rich deep voice and a lot of her solo songs and costumes so why not takes those themes and put it more in your face with Yohane and Lailaps as the duality of 1 soul/magic in 2 bodies.

But I’ve also never thought of Lailaps and Yohane representing the entire character of Yoshiko in general, that’s actually really cool to think about. She obviously has her cute and edgy sides but those being represented as 2 different character where each of Yoshiko’s sides gets accentuated to the fullest is such a cool detail to think about. There's one more thing that I can think of: - What happens before 1:03 is actually Lailaps... - From 1:03 - 1:04 is the critical part where the 2 half of Yohane become one. - And everything after 1:04 is the "united" Yohane. Somehow I can feel the change in the lyric at this point, something like... this is not Lailaps.... This is Yohane (after united). If you pay attention to the previous episode, Yohane was stuck and not sure how to continue to keep forward, feeling something is missing. This final part of the lyrics is something like she is now having the missing part and can continue to push forward.

The visuals, those diamond-shaped crystals really give me Frozen 2 vibe and the revelations about Lailaps being Yohane's other half or at least she's been able to talk due to getting blessed by Yohane's magic really reminds me of that time when Elsa in Frozen 2 finally realized that the "Voice" was actually her own power calling out to her. Perhaps some things in this anime or at least in this MV were inspired by Frozen 2...And while i find some of the writing in this anime wacky since i prefer a proper Fantasy-Action for this anime rather than another Music genre, the MV's they make for this anime were always stunning.
another yohane solo... yes, i know what this is starting to sound like, but just hear me out am i the only one here that's starting to worry about aikyan for the december 3 days concert? (reminder that it will be a mere 5 days after the tokyo dome collab live with idolmaster... and if you count rehearsal days, they'll only get like at most a 4 days rest in-between) at the moment, she has 4 new solo and an extra duet with hanamaru alongside being the center (meaning a lot more singing lines) for all the other group songs... that's A LOT more singing and performance compared to the others
I think the best we can do is hope for the best and support their performances so their hard work doesn't go to waste. They probably have a plan with the 3 days to even everything out too. It's the first time they've had a 3 day performance.

派生作品でありながら、手を抜くどころかパワーアップしている感がありとても素晴らしいと思いながら観ているのですが
本家のころにはあった「歌唱」でのゾワゾワ感がちょっと弱いかなという印象がありました。
これはやはりヨハネの物語なんですね。12話にして鳥肌立ちまくりました（笑
歌唱だけでなくダンスパフォーマンスや演出諸々最高でした。
