Maki can not use king steal when Advanced Kiyota is using his special dribble. However, can still steal normally such as using Miyagi steal. That’s why they picked Miyagi alongside advanced kiyota. Also, is not the advanced rukawa in game 4 don’t want to stall, but now in China server, you can steal immediately after the person catch the ball and steal rate increase the longer the match goes on. So, not safe to stall right now in China server even with spam passing, especially since CO had two point guards. That’s why an experienced player like libai and a champion team like D7G decided to just play normally instead of stalling instead.

That is his normal dribble.move . For rukawa part , he shoots when just 1 second pass. Then can do normal plays . for current global version, i think we feel that, if got great thieves, it is not working anymore, stalling strategy can be play as normal call , try looking for chance and not shooting too fast if no great look ~ after last buff of steals ~
