My man, you are covering like the exact kinda mods that I need in my life/game. Also I'm 90% sure I saw something like the sponsored covering in the cyberpunk red book, I love seeing it.
One error with the phrasing of the heuristic biomon. The special ability reduces the Cyberware Capacity COST of the biomon per point in Body, not the Cyberware Capacity number itself. By default it costs 20 capacity, so with 15 Body, it will only cost 5, with 20 Body it's free capacity-wise.
I've got the Black Chrome sourcebook, and there's a couple of items which are directly influenced by it, but everything else is totally new for the mod. The Zetatech Auxiliary Deck is something I've wanted for a while. Of the four "operating systems," two only affect the nervous system, one simply adds cyberware capacity, and the cyberdeck affects remote devices and cyberware. I don't see it being overpowering or affecting game balance too much, and I'm in the process of doing a Sandevistan build with one of these to get over my main reason for not using one-losing the utility of Ping and hacking turrets and cameras remotely. Skunk has a 10% chance of triggering if you're attacked, but you can't trigger it yourself, so I find it of questionable value. Fortress Legs? Losing double jump in a game where being able to get to high ground sometimes is vital is a non-starter. Smart Blood Pump is a nice way to combine two items into one, if you are always complaining about only having three slots. Some of these items I think unbalance the game, or require trade-offs I don't like, but that's the beauty of single-player games: only person who you're "cheating" is yourself. Good insight! Yeah like I always say, the more player agency, the better. Even if some could seem unbalanced, it still adds player agency and that's the ticket to everything I think is awesome about RPGs. Anyway, good lookin out, I'll get that time code fixed!
