Honestly yeah like suggestions are cool but I really just want consol mods I bought it for Xbox bc I don’t feel like spending $500 on a cable PC and I can’t use mods😢

I have to give the devs major props on this one mods on consoles are often overlooked in these types of open world sims. I hope to see more studios allow this.
So if I got this right console mods are like 90% ready it's just the hard part waiting for sony to ok it xbox is probably already cool with it based off of other console games with mods because Sony didn't want todo console mods on any game at the beginning. For example fallout 4 mods on xbox are night and day different from mods on ps4 sony wasn't cool with people using their own textures not from the game for example like realistic guns with real textures not from the game
@@thetriplelatte I think their workaround is either they have generic textures already in the game for that purpose, or they add the mods in updates and drip feed them.
I think they should be cool with it for the fact that farm sim got mods around the same time as xbox in fs 17 and 19 so I am hopeful for Sony even though I'm an Xbox player!
I’d like to see the menu in the garage area in game rather then at main menu that will be a pain to have to go back and forth into to get or change mod options for console players

I drive a Chevy Duramax for hauling 20 - 24 ft trailers across the states. It's not even a turbo model and it pulls and breaks like a beast. The turn radius sucks though, we just have to do some three point turns sometimes. It should pull a trailer and scout all across the maps on one tank. I will pay for a dlc Duramax.
Two things I’d like to see added is the option to change the color of rims and also have the option to put the steelies from the highway wheels for scout vehicles on any wheels.
i think if we could mirror what skyrim, fallout 4, farming simulator 19 all have done in terms to layout and how to navigate through everything. id really like that
Just bought the premium edition last night! Great game, and for the longest time i didnt know it existed and ive been stuck on snowrunner completing the one task and unlocking the garages etc, but snowrunner is a big step up. I cannot wait to dig deeper into this spintires adventure

@@Jackripper-wk9dz By default farm sim is set to only show the top mods, but all you have to do is select "show all" and you'll see there are tons of console mods. Also, the layout of farm sim mods is excellent and they'd do well to copy the layout for snowrunner.
I'd love to see the mod menue organized, like the FS19 modhub, Maps, large vehicles, offroad vehicles, scouts, trailers, etc.. like everything has it's own category just like fs19

I feel like a lot of mods will have to be renamed and made “generic” to protect Microsoft and Sony from lawsuits from companies that aren’t under contract for their trucks to be in the game, for example “Duramax” or “Ram” names will have to be removed unless they get approval from GM or FCA to use them.
Hey Tomcat, one thing i would really like if the developers put more realistic vehicles or just realistic things in general. I don’t want to download some unrealistic mod and then my game on my xbox crashes.
Maybe they could also add in where you can adjust your money and fuel and damage.You can mod that on Pc why shouldn’t we be able to do it on console as will. I feel like it would make the mods more fun because you can build them the way you want with out having to go and play a ridiculous amount of mission so you have enough money to upgrade one mod. Cant hurt to make it an option or only for the mod vehicle make the upgrades free so you can make them how you want.
The changes I would like to see is 1. On the main menu mod campaign and proving grounds 2. Mod campaign have 32 save slots and normal campaign have 16 save slots 3. Layout of mods in the mod browser like Farming simulator 19 4. Categories Map. Spring, summer, autumn, winter Trucks. Highway, heavy, heavy duty, Car Scout, etc.
PS4, If they're available, 1. I'd like Rock Crawling, buggies, vehicles, [plus maps and if possible, way for me to create maps], I love creating content. 2. A very simple way to make this better is to have a page/faster way to filter subed mods it will be nice just to click a button then boom there are all your mods i love beamng ingame mod menu it is great try to make it as close to that as possible but other than that it looks great

I think it does need a little more polishing, at least break down everything to basic categories like; Scout, Heavy, Off road, Buggy/performance, trailer, maps and then other or mods for game trucks. If you were used to using the controller to search through menus like this, the flow would seem a little better.
Have the mods have tags for example the duramax would have one like #pickup or #chevy and then you would be able to search for all pickup trucks when sorting through mods and see all the ones that are tagged #pickup. Kind of similar how the game already classifies trucks as “scout” “heavy” “off-road” etc
I think have a mod hub like the one on farming simulator would work slightly better because the vehicle are put in to categories rather than being thrown at you all at once plus up dates could just be shown with a little circle in the corner of the category. Also the choosing of the mods that you want to use I think should be done as you when you go into load save game or create new and then you get a list of the mods you have downloaded and you can select and deselect the ones you want
I personally want categories like how they already have all the truck categories plus like maps and extra random stuff. And then maybe something like farming sim where you can click on a mod and then you go into like a sub menu for that mod that shows the full description and the change log and some pictures, but there is advantages to having everything is just one menu.
I would say, going off of my experiences with farming simulator, they should put a downloaded all option when your trying load into an online game instead of always having to hunt down every mod.

A trending category would be good. All types of mods trucks, maps etc in one section with like the 10 most popular or whatever. Then people would see stuff rise by word of mouth and know it's good.
We need a loading ramp by the garages. So that we can back a trailer up to it and drive trucks up onto trailers alot easier. A loading ramp would be useful....
As an improvement: I would wish to sort them in the ingame categories like "Scout", Heavy" etc. But, man, even without it would be so nuts, if this would brought to consoles. Can't wait to drive the european trucks like Scania, MAN or Unimog on my PS4...just like in real-life, only offroad :-D

@@jamescobrien literally every 6.6 duramax is turbocharged from factory so unless you removed the turbo it has a turbo.

U could make a filter of what sort of thing you are searching for, for example like cars, lorry’s, trailers, maps

I think it needs to be sorted a bit like different windows or pages for installed or followed and then a update page for ones that receives updates.

Doesn't look to hard to navigate..I'm sure we can figure it out..great job! They can streamline it as they go but can't wait to play on my ps4..😳

I think there should be a Filter option to filter out maps, trailers and certain trucks etc just to make finding mods easy and fast
They should put sections in the menu, like have a section for scout mods, and off road truck mods, and stuff like that
Glad you mentioned that for PC it would be better to stay with what we have
