I think there isn't and shouldn't be a way around Müller for this seven. The man has been incredibly consistent for over ten years with the exclusion of a singular world cup. He has the second highest assists out of every player just behind Messi and he has been among the best providers in world football for years!

Well to be fair he had a few rough years between 2016 and 2019, but I agree that he is easily amongst the 5 most consistent players in world football. Maybe even counting Ronaldo and Messi

Agree completely. Thomas Müller is probably the most intelligent player in the world on his level. He has delivered consistantly since his breaktrough at 22. This channel got to remember Müller can play everywhere in attack, which makes him extremely flexible. He's likable, says little, often underrated because of his lack of the "Neymar factor" like speed, flair. Müller is just there, waiting for it. And has been there for Bayern for a decade. A season or 2 off? Find me ONE player that doesnt in his career

Tbf, it's quite hard to be recognized as "consistently good" if you're playing with C. Ronaldo by your side, you just won't get as much noticed as you would without him. And when did CR7 leave Madrid? Exactly, 2018/19, and suddenly, Benzema shines. I see why people don't see this as a valid argument tho

Try to name my mini--7 as I kinda disagree with Kante and Busquets, and Lewa is way too obvious I think.
Declan Rice. A super solid DM, a 7 rating every game player.
Courtois. A wall in Madrid, and comparatively the most consistent keeper itw atm.
Alphonso Davies. An engine on the left who can carry the whole side of the pitch every game.
Muller. I know, Bayern again, but you can't argue against Thomas Muller.
Danilo Pereira. Isn't a superb super star, but always able to make impressive contribution in defense, and cool down the whole game.
Tomiyasu. Not a very experienced player, but he is the Mr. Reliable at Arsenal right now. I am sure that he will maintain that in the future.
DIogo Jota. Consistently brilliant as a supportive attacker (second to Salah and Ronaldo), but still giving insane number of output. Very underrated.

Hey, Alfie are you gonna do a video about the situation where multiple FA's including Poland, Czech Republic, Sweden, England, France and Wales where refusing to playing any matches with Russia?
Leading to Russia's eventual disqualification from the World Cup
Due to Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
Not to mention both Chelsea's Roman Abramovich and Everton's Alisher Usmanov owners links to Russia's leader Putin.
Imo, I am glad that the IOC and other sporting organisations banned all Russian clubs, athletes and national teams from all sports.
It's not as though as Russia competes honestly and fairly in sports either. Since they where found guilty of a regime of state sponsored doping by the Russian government leading to the IOC banning them at the Olympics.
But despite Russian athletes being allowed in the games under the name of the Russian Olympics Committee, they still continued to cheat.
Since Russian athletes where found guilty of cheating at the most recent summer and winter games held at both Tokyo and Beijing respectively.
Russia gets no sympathy from me. Imo their cheating and warmongering asses should be continued to be banned from all sports until they fix their ways.

I think due to the relentless minutes Henderson has put up over the last couple seasons that his legs have gone a bit, so he has really dropped off in level this season due to the system required of him by Klopp. I think that LIverpool's best midfield 3 does not include Henderson anymore and I don't think it is particually debateable that now that Elliot is back (Given he'll get back to his pre-injury form) that the best midfield is Thiago, Fabinho, and Elliot.
