A red letter moment for TSL, interviewing a player without someone from the school sitting there "supervising." This is the legal ramification of NIL: schools can't control your likeness. 'course contractual agreements with Triumph perhaps outline how the interview is done but that's something agreed to by the player, he's making his business decisions. The skittle comment was funny, fell in love with Blacksburg. Me too.
We found it interesting when we realized that Mansoor is the first football player we've had on set. We've had multiple head coaches, multiple assistant coaches, multiple basketball players, administrators, etc., but never a football player! Till now. He did a great job, especially for a second-semester freshman.
@@techsideline Even more of a significant day then. kind of a chill guy, checked out "Future" can understand why he retorted that's not his hype music, more of his lay back and close his eyes tunes would be my guess. Yeah, years ago Dresser posted on TSL probably not with the blessing of a certain AD and talked up VT wrestling which made it easier for Robie to come on with Lewis and then you had a few last year that had that "building trust" feel about them (from the VT side) so yeah, a freshman football player comes out - again, without supervision - and speaks comfortably with you guys and pays attention to the questions. A remarkable moment for anyone who's followed TSL over the last 20 years.
Thats my frenddddddd❤
Loved it!! Looking forward to more interviews with the Triumph athletes!!

Articulate young man. Rooting for him, no ceilings for this guy.
