Birth control for me is a must. I have cramps 3 weeks out of every month and I needed to be on the pills to help regulate that as well as get rid of acne. I'm 18 and I've been on the pill for over 2 years now and they have helped so much! No side effects at all!

In response to your birth control side effects question, when I was on it, it made me gain 15 pounds! As soon as I went off, those pounds came off so fast, but while I was on it, no matter what I did, I couldn't shed the weight.

I was on birth control for about 6 months, and had crazy side effects! It majorly messed up my emotions - I was pretty depressed the whole time. It also made sex painful because I always felt bloated. But I'm glad you never had those issues! So excited for your future family

Girl! My birth control experience has been so crazy! I've gained about 30 pounds, but it's helped my anxiety for some reason. So it's a blessing and a curse. I've also had horrible cramps my entire life, so my doctor put me on the 3 month pill so I only get 4 periods a month. It's so give and take, but I still continue to take it. You're lucky to have never had any side effects! Also, you're going to love northern Utah! I'm just starting the process of building right by you! (Of course I don't know exactly where you're building, but fro context clues I'm sure it's pretty close!) Love you guys!
Everyone's body reacts differently to all different birth controls of course, In the past I have had the depo shot a few times = Made me gain weight, I was on the pill for a few years = Made me nauseas, I lastly had Implanon for a few years = It worked fine for me, Then my husband and I both said we were ready to add to our family and I had the birth control removed and am due next Friday with our sweet baby girl :) Love you guys!

I used sprintec too, I didn’t have any side effects. I loved it.
Currently on Sprintec. I’ve never had any side effects. No weight gain/loss, never get acne, and i very rarely get cramps.
