connecting to cluster

I have a question.
I have the default cluster(which comes during initial installtion) running on 5432.
Later I created one more cluster using the same port and it got created. I even tried shutting down and starting up. They are not complaining anything about conflicting port. Please see below.

ip address is different for both clusters. hence not getting the conflict error.
