Definitely a Francophone chorus! It sounds to me like the recording from the 1990s issued on the Cascavelle label as part of a 2CD set titled Poulenc: Hier et aujourd'hui. The performers are the Motet de Genève and the Orchestre de la Suisse romande, conducted by Fabio Luisi. It is definitely NOT the old one with the Choeur Radio France and the Orchestra Philharmonique de Radio France, conducted by Georges Prêtre.
