Also after graduation for BDS degree you need not to wait for CRC experience you can directly join as Medical Monitoring and Durg safety associate in all pharm companies

There is heavy competition between Bpharm pharm D and medicine students it's very difficult to get in but if you have 0 to 6 months experience as Clinical Research Coordinator there is high chance you will get selected so find near hospital conducting Clinical trials and gain experience or do MSC clinical research 2 year degree
