ESO: Simple Magicka Sorercer PvP Build (Markarth)

Its very basic all around build.
It works great on battlegrounds and good in cyrodiil.
Im a little worried about healing so if you have trouble switch dampen to healin ward.
like the title says the build is very simple, its for those who might have trouble getting in to pvp because of the event.
