I love it when he jumps out of his cart and flails his arms in excitement. HE IS ONE OF MY FAVORITE MARIO CHARACTERS EVER!!!!!!!!
For some reason, to me, he sounds even cuter when earning 2nd-6th place, the laughter when waving cracked me up. And well, the crying when earning 7th-12th, it wasn't ANYTHING like Bowser Jr from Toadstool tour and Double Dash.

He sure is. I use him every time I play the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Demo Version on the Nintendo Switch at whichever Target store I go to.
