why not Mantle of the Twelfth Hour instead Sterak's Gage? Sterak's Gage gives you 54 (max, 15lvl) extra ad (if you havent Gathering Storm). Only good think on Sterak's Gage (vsMantle of the Twelfth Hour) is the extra 200 max hp (always speaking for sett). If you use the Haymaker on third sec of the lifeline from Mantle of the Twelfth Hour the dmg is way bigger from Sterak's and also gives you MS and slow resist.
for the runes: Ingenious Hunter if you want faster the passive for items (Heartsteel, Sterak's Gage/Mantle of the Twelfth Hour, Guardian Angel ( i think Titanic Hydra too)). But if you want to be stronger on laning phase keep Brutal. ( Ingenious Hunter helps more on late game builds like this, but Brutal helps it scale more easily
