i want to thank you Johanna. my husband had a heart attack at the age of 30 on august 13th. i've been journaling since the beginning of the year. but i want to thank you for showing me this area of creativity. i made two journals during when he was in the hospital and during his recovery at home. i had to focus my grief anywhere, so i put it into my journaling pages. be blessed, you and your family are angels to us.
Love your pages. And what I love MOST is that you don't distress ink everything to death. They are lovely.

Having a firefighter as a spouse is difficult in general on many levels. I was a firefighter for years. My husband still is and he is an EmT and 911 dispatcher it never gets any easier with the worry. I always love your videos they are so inspirational.

This is my second vid from this channel and I subbed. The other video I watched was the space one with the quote about and I'll grow to be big and and and and (something along those lines) and it was relaxing and great to fall asleep to (of course I still watched the vid). This one was so bright and happy with the music and lighting (and no baby jump scares 😂). It made me wanna cry and I wish it was sunny out while I was watching (it's 12:03 am).
That takes me back to when my kiddies were small. My Hubble worked away too, it’s full on most of the time. Love your style of junk journals. Tfs. 🤗😍😘
Love these pages and love watching how you make the choices about what to include and where! All best wishes for your hubby with fighting the fires (bad season early), and you holding down the fort. I was married to a volunteer firey and can feel for you (although I didn't have kids, so... not as tricky!).

Your journals are so interesting to me. Flipping through them is like a little adventure. I so want my brain to be able to do something like this (not chronologically ordered, just about the little things of life, seemingly "random" pieces of paper and whatnot that always seem to be art). Instead...I watch videos. :O

Great to see a new video, Johanna! I have some advice about shoes. Always buy quality shoes for your feet! I only have 3 or 4 pairs of shoes, because I buy shoes that are comfortable and don't hurt my feet. They may cost $100 or more. My MIL bought cheap shoes all of her life, and her feet always hurt. I buy clothing from thrift stores or discount stores, but I always buy good shoes. ❤️
